This is different than what I am used to and I find I am not good at finding keys, LOL! It is short, but I am not that avid at any particular game. I did a part of this one and then go to another and another during a day. So the shortness was not an issue. The inability to save is annoying though. It has savepoints. Redoing a level is easy but should be unnecessary. I am looking forward to the next chapter, nonetheless.
I read the bad reviews and felt challenged. I did it in casual mode and only got a hint twice. I had to pull out pencil and paper for the hat puzzle, hints deceiving. I used different combinations till I hit it. The only thing I had to look at walkthru for was the darned safe. I was doing it right, but it wouldn't accept the combination. I got the first 2 numbers to click, but not the last one, so that is on them, not me. I agree that some of the puzzles are confusing, so you have to think them thru. I feel pretty good doing all 4 cases with only 2 hints. The safe was bogus.
It is the first game since I started years ago that had, to me, a really good storyline. Usually, I couldn't care less, but this one took my interest. Loved the games and hidden objects too. Nice, highly recommended.

The game is not bad, great graphics, interesting storyline. The thing is most puzzles are fairly challenging, but the ending is LAME. It is too simple.

This game moves along very logically even though it seems different. I knew what I needed to use on what fairly well. Some things seemed weird to use, but not impossible to think of using. Hard to explain, but not as formulaic as many games and the end puzzle took me awhile, it was very challenging.
The game is pretty good and I was getting to the end and the LITTLE BOX disappeared. I can't do anything anymore, skunked. It is 102F out and I have no A/C and I am not pleased!!!
The first two weren't my favorites because the lady bugs would explode on their own after a time and I hated that. But there were challenges. The third was better because they didn't do that which I loved. This one is over the top though. I have no clue what the heck I am doing with all the complicated mechanics, but am making it thru just fine. One of the best instruction documents of most games too. Even so I am a little confounded. Not as much as Clearit 9 though. I have no clue why marble become unanchored and can't find any clue as to why. At least in Spellarium, I know how to trigger the "gates" and bombs and stuff and what happens, sort of. I do it by intuition and it all works out. I do love the interim solitaire and mah jong games dearly. A good thinking strategy type game.
I love this game for just being a great way to kill some time without a lot of thinking. I do pretty good but can't get thru all the challenges. I don't have the reflexes for them. But I don't mind starting over and just shooting away at the marbles for an hour or two.
I am used to hints and maps and such, but this one only has hints for hidden objects and only a certain number of them. No map and no real idea where to go sometimes. I had to use a walkthrough a few times. The hidden object games are brutal, but I managed to make it thru them with few hints. The nastiest ones are in the shadows/dark. I think that is totally unfair, but what the heck. Also I had to click on some several times to get them to be found which is also unfair. In any case I finished it unaided by the walkthrough. There were no hints so I was on my own. A very challenging game to say the least and highly recommended.
