I absolutely adored the first game in the series and it really did last forever but I BEAT THIS GAME WITH 9 MINUTES LEFT of the trial!! What an epic waste of money if you buy it...

I really enjoy farm time management games so I was very excited to see a new one today, although I was sorely disappointed by it. All in all, it's got a pretty decent premise but it fails to deliver the fun!

Exactly the type of game I really enjoy and this hit the spot nicely.
The graphics are decent enough, and while the storyline isn't exactly a big deal for me, the comics are cute enough.
It definitely gave me enough of a challenge, having to really plan out certain levels to make sure I got them done in the 'gold' time (it goes gold, silver and bronze)
I also particularly liked how your little gnomes stayed out of the hub after your did an action and didn't scramble back into it to only return to the exact same spot again - that annoys me.
Unlike most games like this, you need to scroll over the items to collect them, as it's not automatic (which in a way makes sense since the gnomes don't go back to the hub to put them away, if you know what I mean)
All in all, I definitely enjoyed this!!
I recommend this game!

I would of easily gave this 5 stars if it wasn't for two things!
The second case was a complete bore compared to the first. I really enjoyed the 60minute trial and bought the game in hope it would continue to be as enjoyable but the second case bored the face of me. It was a really horrid storyline compared to the first.
Secondly the movement between scenes was slow. The graphics where brilliant and maybe that was the cause but the wait put you off your game in certain face paced areas of the storyline.
Those two things made it way less enjoyable.
I'll also mention that whoever drew the art for Reid did a horrible job. Really horrible compared to the rest of the cast!!!
I would not recommend this game after the first case (which I near enough completed in the trial)
Being Belfast born and bred I was annoyed that within seconds of playing the game I spied words like 'fall' for Autumn, 'naval yard' instead of ship yard' and 'ocean liner' instead of ship or boat.
This was clearly made by a company that didn't care about the putting Americanisms into the game where it had no place. I didn't expect it be very accurate but it was nearly offensive at how blatant they ignored the true roots of the Titanic and where it was built.
If you ignore that, is it a good game. Good pace and good game-play. I did enjoy it once I got over the initial rage.
I don't even really like hidden object games. In fact this type of game is exactly the opposite of fun for me but I NEEDED to buy this game because it just had such an AWESOME STORY.
I mean, I actually just play the game to find out what happens next. I am absolutely gagging to see the ending and I'm just about to go finish it in one go to see what it is.
So far it is good, while not as challenging as I'd like, I still need some hints as so many items I forget how to use them!

This game is years old and like most games you can tell. The graphics are quite poor and the game play isn't as smooth as others, but it still a lot of fun.
You are literally a bartender and you serve drinks after making them up.
It can be quite slow start with and even some of the harder levels can be slow for me, but it does get quite challenging near the end.
The essence of this game is extremely stupid. You literally look after a bunch of insane chickens. Feeding them and making sure birds don't attack them. But even though it sounds stupid, and is as stupid as it sounds, it is also a lot fun and quite addictive. You go on to play one level and the next thing you know you have wasted an hour.

Much like another game on this site, this puzzle game is just brilliant whatever level you play it at. If you want a simple game, play it without the clock and on easy but if you put the timer on and make the hardest possible then it gets insanely challenging and will lead to hours of fun and hair pulling.
I absolutely love replaying this because even if you do encounter the same board twice, there is very little change you'll remember it!

Like the other reviewer, I have now replayed this game several times over and I still enjoy it just as much as the first time around. I still haven't actually managed to complete all the levels in gold yet so that is a sign of how challenging it is.
The game play is simple, as is the graphics but they suit the game so well. I absolute love this game and I wish there were more like it!
