The game was fun - hidden object with a medical slant. I enjoyed the storyline, and solving the medical mysteries. I wish the hidden objects themselves made more sense to the scene and/or the case. What are bananas doing in the ambulance? Why is there a paddle board in the surgical suite? A little detail in that area could have added a lot to the game. The mini-games are decent, and I enjoyed the one where you have to spot the differences on the x-ray.
It's not terribly challenging, but it's not so easy that it's dull. It kept me entertained.
The cases were interesting, but the overall storyline was kind of goofy. It's meant to be soap opera-esque, though, so I didn't expect much from it.
It is, however, ridiculously short. I finished it in an afternoon. I'm not sure I would have paid for such a short game, had I known...That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend it.
I don't recommend this game.

I didn't get past the one hour demo, but there is no way I would pay for this game.
The concept is familiar to time management: you're a nanny who must care for your charges by bringing them things or taking them to different areas before their patience runs out.
The theme is unique, in that you're caring for a wide variety of magical/unusual creatures as families. On your first level, you are caring for little plant children. As such, you water them, and when they're hungry, you put them in a little hole in the ground with food. Very cute concept. I also cared for a family of frogs, and a family of robots. My time ran out on the fish family.
The game mechanics are what ruin it. First, the levels aren't designed so that you can easily see the entire playing field without scrolling back and forth to the edges of the screen. This is just not appropriate for a time management game, where you're expected to keep your eye out for a variety of things happening at once, and in a very quick manner. You can zoom out to see the whole playing field, but at least on my laptop, it then became so small that I couldn't see exactly what was going on in the want bubbles over the babies' heads. I found myself zooming in and out constantly, and it was an annoying extra step that did me no favors in game play.
On top of that, each level is only 3 rounds long. This might not be terrible in a game where visually and conceptually, there's very little change, but each new level in this game is an entirely different family with completely different graphics, and slightly different ways to take care of the young. Just when you would start to feel comfortable with the mechanics of a given level, it is over, and you're on to brand new things.
As someone who has played a LOT of time management games, I can appreciate it when game designers mix things up a bit, but this game was more frustration than anything. Time management games are about efficiency, and this game tries to thwart your efficiency at every turn.
I didn't make it past the free trial, so maybe it eventually gets more challenging. The levels are repetitive, and I found the game play pretty easy. Visually, it's pretty boring. The stations look almost identical, except for the color of the chair. The animation for each station is very simplistic, and unnoticeable. The only upgrading you do is to decor, and your options are very limited. To me, this felt like a very bare-bones Time Management game, or like the beta of one. It just couldn't hold my attention.
The game is pretty easy, and there's not a lot of variation to what you're doing. It also felt pretty short. However, it is a somewhat different concept, and I still enjoyed playing it...just not much replay value.
My biggest annoyance was that there did not seem to be a way to quit a level once started. If you realize you've botched it, you have to keep playing till time runs out, or do things wrong specifically to penalize the time on the clock.
The game has a lot of potential, and looks nice enough, it just needs some more game-play development.
I don't recommend this game.

It is a fun concept, and a very well designed game. It looks nice, sounds nice, and the game mechanics are great. My only complaint is that it seemed very short (only 5 levels, with multiple sub-levels, of course) and for me it was quite easy. There were only two levels that I had to restart in order to get Expert, and I was never in any danger of failing a level. It does require your complete attention, and the levels aren't a "gimme", but I wasn't truly challenged. It was fun enough that I did play it all the way through, and I'd play sequels.

A fun game, but it felt like it was over pretty fast. Attaining "Master" for each sub-level was challenging, without being frustrating (but even Mastering each level, the game felt short).

For the record, I didn't actually get through the whole hour of the trial, and in game, I made it to the second area on the map.
The game is boring. As far as I could tell, there really isn't any strategy. I achieved "Master" level on each of the sub-levels without trying. There is very little variety in what you do, and none of the actions were particularly challenging to complete. The only way I could see to lose points is if a customer left, and it was my understanding that the only way to get a customer to leave was to have a dirty store. I never actually lost any customers, so I I'm not sure. The customers don't have any sort of meter system that would show you if they were losing patience, or whatever.
The graphics of the game are not the best, and not the worst, but the look and feel of the game is poor. The "store" is just a bunch of little tables grouped by 4 or 5, each with one big object on it. There are 4 or 5 objects in total, repeated in all the groups of tables: a lamp, a hairdryer, a pitcher, a vase (and later, a microwave.) The table groups are just kind of placed haphazardly all over the level, making the level look really messy and unappealing. You can "upgrade" the objects to make more money off them, but after an upgrade, they look identical to the non-upgraded objects.
All in all, the game could be decent with a little work. As is, it kind of looks like a game that got released mid-development.
This is a fantastic game in the style of My Kingdom For A Princess, where you send your little workers all over the map chopping down wood, building bridges, collecting resources, etc. This was a really great take on this kind of game. The game play is challenging, but not too hard if you're trying to get gold ranking on all levels. The sounds of the games are nice, and on some levels, the water sounds were actually quite relaxing. I don't usually pay all that much attention to the storyline, but I thought this one was relatively interesting, and I was curious to see how things turned out. Excellent game! I would definitely buy a sequel!
I didn't make it through more than 30 minutes of this game. It is repetitive, and I couldn't really understand what I was working for. Each level you can purchase new objects for the customers to buy, but other than making more money off them, I'm not sure what the advantage was. It just made finding things more cluttered and confusing, and I'm not actually sure what my monetary goals were. There wasn't a clear way to see your advancement. I also couldn't tell if it was possible to fail a level, because it kept advancing me even if I lost a ton of angry people in line.
Graphics are crummy, and layout of the game play screen is awkward and overcrowded. Sound effects were not particularly informative or interesting.
The concept could work, it just needs a LOT of polishing...
I don't recommend this game.

The game looks great, and the mechanics of it function very well. It introduces a few in-game strategies that I hadn't seen offered in other TM games, and I enjoyed that. Unfortunately, if you've done a lot of time management, it's pretty easy. Orders don't get very complex, you get a greater variety in what can be ordered. Still, it was an enjoyable game, and I think the average player will really enjoy it.
