Chapter 5 page 29 Strategy Guide
Once you place the "Protective Glass" you MUST play the Snake Game. You can either play the game or skip it. Do not leave until you have the Magic Book.
If you don't play the Snake Game, you cannot continue in the game and must start over; there is no way to go back and get the Magic Book.

I was enjoying the game until I didn't play the Snake Game when I was suppose to. I will start the game over on another day.

The reason to pay more for a Collector Edition game is the Collectibles and a Strategy Guide. It doesn't make any sense to pay Collector Edition price when there is no Strategy Guide. You're better off paying for a Standard Edition Game at less money. I will not purchase this Collector Edition Game.
I don't recommend this game.

I am also stuck in chapter 2......put the remote on the "box" and cannot do anything. May have to start the game over again OR just request a refund.

Game will not start -- All I get a a black screen with the game cursor (the 1st time into the game after a download)
Have to CTRL ALT Delete to get our of the "Hanging mode"
If you go into the game again, you will get a black screen with a white box with an error message
I have downloaded the game multiple times, and it is a Windows 11 problem; not a download problem.
Explore the uncharted lands where light and shadow meet!
