Colors are wrong. For example, a blue sky shown on the preview ends up being orange when you do the puzzle. It does not happen to all puzzles but frustrating enough for me to delete game.
I don't recommend this game.

Thanks to the team who created this great game. Love everything about it: artwork, story, characters, voice acting, puzzles, etc. Hope another in the series is in the works!

Loved this game...would have liked to have been able to complete in one setting, but my dogs demanded attention. For me the best thing was that the characters were developed in such a way that I felt they were real (well, as real as imaginary people can be!). Loved the artwork, music and storyline. The only thing I didn't like was having to use the amulet to click on the blossoms so you could enter a different room... thankfully it didn't take long.
I recommend this game!

I abandoned all housework in order to finish this game.... I was so enchanted with the story that I could not take more than one break in order to find out how the story ends. There were a few mini-games that I ended up skipping, partly because they were challenging for me, but also because I wanted to find out what was happening to the characters. I haven't given a lot of games five stars, but this really deserves it as far as I am concerned.
I recommend this game!

I felt the choice of pictures for some of the jigsaw puzzles did not match the title of the game. For example, a picture of bison or what looks to be a mountain in the Canadian Rockies would not be suitable for a Caribbean theme. Nice pictures but they don't belong in this game. As others have commented, the number of puzzles is less than other games from this developer. A good enough game for a punchcard purchase or daily deal, but longer games are available if buying using a credit.
I don't recommend this game.

I have to agree with others who thought this is the best Hidden Expedition game. My only regret is that I could not play it all in one session.... things like eating and sleeping interfered. Other reviewers have done such a great job that I can't really add anything new, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to highly recommend this game.
I recommend this game!

I am glad that I did not pay full price for this game. I did not like the "find the difference puzzles" because the items were too small to see. The pictures in the "rotate puzzles" were very busy and sometimes when dealing with the small pieces, it was again visually hard to determine which was the correct placement. When doing the jigsaws, I thought the frame was again too small, especially when using more pieces. I probably did about half of the puzzles (mostly at the easier levels) and then lost interest. I wasn't inspired to try the more difficult levels. I can see this being a game that a family might use, but I deleted it and can't really see myself re-visiting it in the future. When I did the demo, I made the mistake of only doing the jigsaws . I would suggest that others try all of the different kinds of puzzles before deciding whether or not to purchase.
I don't recommend this game.

I haven't read all of the other reviews for this game, but I imagine many have touched on the positive features of this game so I don't wish to repeat them. One I will mention is that the characters seemed to have real personalities and I felt like I was watching a movie rathen than playing a game. I was quickly drawn into the story and would have played it from start to finish if I had not had other commitments. I couldn't wait to resume playing it. I would rank it as one of the best games I've played in a long time, even better than some of the collector editions! Congratulations to the developers and thanks to Big Fish for bringing it to us.
I recommend this game!

I was mentally exhausted when I finished this game, and not in a good way. Although the story seemed interesting, there was just too much travelling around and I kept losing track of the story. I ended up checking the walkthrough, not to find out what to do next, but to see just how much I had left to do. After a while, the game just seemed to be dragging on. If I hadn't been curious about how the story ended, I think I would have quit half way through the game.
The scenes were very grimy looking- appropriate to the story, but rather depressing. The screaming got on my nerves after a while so I finished with the sound off. There were a lot of hidden object scenes with some repetition and I found myself hitting the hint button just so I could move on. There are a number of different puzzles which were interesting to do. A list of tasks that need to be completed is helpful.
There are some games that I know I will replay in the future, but this is not likely to be one of them. I don't regret buying it, but I have found other games more enjoyable.
I recommend this game!

The earlier version of Patchworkz was one of the first free online games that I played when I first came to Big Fish. I can remember re-visiting that game to try to improve my score. This newer version looks like it will have the same appeal and after trying the demo for 30 minutes I knew I had to buy it. The first puzzles seem really easy, but serve as a way of helping you learn how to play the game. There is an opportunity to play a timed part if you want more of a challenge. I consider this a good "coffee break" game: one that you can play for short periods of time and not have to worry about keeping track of a storyline.
I do think that some parts of the game could have been better. For example, it did take me a while to figure out just how to exit the game and how to access the options screen.
It might not be the kind of game everyone would enjoy, but I would suggest that you give it a try. Just don't be fooled by the simplicity of the first levels! I looked at some of the later levels and they look like they could be more challenging.
I recommend this game!
