I like these games. They're not your usual match three. They've put their own spin on it. I especially like that they're challenging without being impossibly hard. Games that are too hard become no fun after a while, but these are just right. Fun.
The game itself, I agree, is overly simple and very repetitive. I do like that you get to improve your little guy. But the movement limits take all the fun out of this game, as some of them are next to impossible. I have to replay a simple level 4 and 5 times and I'm still running out of moves. Got bored real fast with that.
The gameplay works as it should. The storyline is kind of boring, not as cute or exciting as some of the others. My biggest complaint would be the lack of explanation on what everything is and how to do certain things (like that the shovel icon meant you could upgrade a house...or even what upgrading it meant for this particular game). All in all, a good time-waster, but not as fun as some of the collector type games.
I loved that it combined two types of games into one. The characters were cute and fun, and I loved that you could choose to do it without the timer. Fun game all around.
This along with Weatherlord are the few "collector" type games i really enjoy. Cute storyline and characters, quick gameplay with just enough challenge. Really enjoy it.
Never played one of these before, but so far, I'm very confused by it all. There's not enough explanation on what I'm supposed to do, so that I spend half the time wondering where I'm supposed to get something from. I'm only level 8 and I'm so confused as to how to get the clay bricks that I'm just bored with it all. I like a challenge, but making me figure out how things work isn't the way to do it. At least, not for me.
