I've replayed this several times - very relaxing.
If you enjoyed Magic Life by the same devs you will probably enjoy this game that has similar game mechanics. .
You will see many of the same ideas in that you have to go to City Hall for job vacancies, you have to go to the Academy to learn new things in order to qualify for better paying jobs and you have to keep your vitality and mana up as well.
In addition, you have tasks and quests to perform and there are HOS to sift thru. There are things to buy that help you and also prepare you for Academy classes.
This game could have used more challenging features but it is a relaxed play and the music is enjoyably atmospheric
It took me at least 2 months and over 1000 tries but I finally beat the game and the 100th level. I actually miss this aggravating and fascinating game so, I'm back to try all over again.

I think the dev was having a joke at HOGers expense because it seemed as though they just had a bunch of old sketches lying about and decided to paste some hidden objects onto them and tack a mostly unrelated story onto the whole thing.
You aren't required to play even one hidden object scene because you can do a M3 game instead.
A UFO is rumored to have landed in the small town of Tundel and the mayor is trying to conceal it. Run your own journalistic investigation and learn the truth behind the event!

Yes, the humor can get a little low-brow but it is really Monty Python-esque fun!
Nice change from creepy chasing evil games. It is so darn funny that I laughed most of the way thru it.
Lots of collecting alot of inventory and wandering from place to place helping silly people for money. Lots of wacky characters and their zany problems with improbable solutions, this game is VERY FUNNY!!!!
Also, to speed up transit time, check out the under city transportation system. You just enter almost any house or apartment to receive quests.
Puzzles are crazy like a jigsaw puzzle with extra pieces.
It was funny, it had alot of cute interactive details (like, Mom would nap if you took too long) , it had a bonus play game introducing all the developers team. The hidden object scene hunts were mostly for story relevant objects. It was entertaining! There were just a few language localization errors but they were fun, too. Like a "nose scarf" is a handkerchief
I recommend this game!

Whispers
While doing some fieldwork Charlotte Davis has her soul captured by an evil sorcerer! Help her escape his clutches!
Not much at all in the way of sounds, just a little music and some mundane environmental effects.
Graphics are spare. These graphics are what might be included in a bigger production as "concept art". The game has a very small download file compared to other currently offered HOGs.
I played the entire demo time and got as far a the pub in the 2nd chapter.
I will likely buy this game at some future time just to see how the story develops.
Welcome to Top Secret Finders. Your first mission is to save a small town, uncover the truth about a government conspiracy and stop the villain in his tracks!
Just yesterday I was wishing for a science fiction mystery and here it is - and VERY well done!
I really enjoyed this and played it practically straight thru in about 6 hours. The gameplay is non-linear but reasonably logical. I hadn't done everything in the same order as was expected but the gameplay was unperturbed by my odd playing order.
The hint system is singularly helpful in that not only lets you know the place you need to be next, it gives you the picture of the scene and takes you directly there if you like. Loved that!!!
All the animations were great throughout the game and the music was pleasant and nonintrusive.
Also, a satisfying ending most all loose ends tidied up.
I look forward to the next game by this developer. More, please.
The graphics are wonderful, its like visiting some of the best zoo exhibits in person. And it was sometimes pretty hard to pick out naturally camouflaged animals within very nicely rendered habitats.
Lots of animation and animal facts with several different kinds of activiies to do.
If I ever need a break from doom and gloom games, now I know where to go.

This game had a really nice core idea and then tossed it away with cheap execution.
The M3 sound action sound is tinny (like a midi sound file), the music is annoying and horrible, you can't match while the board is in motion, the cursor is too big (no cursor option) and last but very importantly, there is no actual graphics of building going on in this "Rebuild" game.
I wouldn't play it even if it was free.
I don't recommend this game.

Legends of Atlantis: Exodus
Atlantis is facing its end of days and it's up to you to save the people and their kingdom in this innovative and exciting time management game!
I really enjoyed the resource management strategy potential in this game. But I REALLY love that I can play it in Relaxed mode and finish at my own pace.
This my first TM buy that I actually stayed interested enough to play the whole thing and it didn't feel like make-work.
I also learned to love the little intermittant M3 ball drop game, it got more interesting toward the end.
The interspersed Hidden object scenes were not necessary, however. Graphics were not very good in these HOS, but I'm assuming they were more tailored for the ipad app of this game than my PC. Luckily, there were not alot of these.
