Same game mechanics as Runesfall but this game is easier. The limited moves are WAY generous. And the game actually let me win the battle challenges when I shouldn't have. So, if you liked Runesfall but thought it was too hard then you'll like this better, I guess.
I recommend this game!

The graphics in this game are some of the best I've ever seen but I got bored with the game play because the actions were so illogical. Also, the story was just a bare premise so it didn't seem like much of a reason to keep doing the actions to further the story. I found that I really didn't care about finding the killer.
I think this would be a great game for those who don't value story and so I recommend you try it out.
I recommend this game!

Ok, The description blurb DOES say you have to make as many words as you can as fast as you can. I just didn't notice that until I tried the game. It made me instantly nostalgic for Bookworm. If you don't mind the timed aspect, this is a pretty good turn based battle type spelling game that makes you connect the letters on a grid into words by a mouse sweep. In other words the letters must be touching or you can't pick them.
I didn't enjoy it due to the time limit issue but you should try it to see if you enjoy it if you like spelling games.
I recommend this game!

I have never played many of the turn based combat games so when i tell you this is so much fun I forget to eat, that is monumental for me. If you've played Bookworm or Magic Life and enjoyed them you will like this game as well. Its exactly the same concept as the magic battles in Magic Life only just better and a bit grittier. Plus you get to keep or sell stuff you capture like the dungeon battles in Cute Knight. Love it and I don't know why it took me so long to find that out!!
I recommend this game!

The story is not impressive, the game play is pretty easy (and I like the bubbles) but the artwork is worth the price of the game. If I go back to this game it will be to experience the artwork of the town again.
I recommend this game!

I've been eagerly waiting for this new Gardens, Inc game since I finished the last one in the series - replaying it several times. The story line is a big plus and the graphics have steadily improved. But its the game mechanics that I love so much, And I really have not been a fan of TM games at all. This series of games has hooked me because of the strategy required. You can get past the levels without winning but then you can go back and analyze the goals and replay with improvement each time. Also, the role of money to buy items for the baby's room is an additional feature - its not quite as satisfying as some of the previous buy-to-improve scenarios in the past but its still good. I will be playing this latest game over and over - waiting for the next one eagerly.
I recommend this game!

I couldn't wait to buy this game after not buying anything for months. I enjoyed the first game in this series, after it had been kicked aroun awhile, and I was really looking forward to this new one - it is very fun!
The story and game play are both just the best I've seen from Big Fish for many months.
Some of the characters are just a tiny bit stiff sometimes but usually really believable motion (especially the main character) with excellent environments and sound effects.
I especially love the puzzles and hidden object treatment. I usually just tolerate game puzzles but the New York Mystery series puzzles are fun to do.
It has got all the bells and whistles of other newer games but out classes most of them in actual game execution and story development.
I recommend this game!

I love all the Garden Inc. games! I am not a fan of Time Management games but these games involve alot of strategic thinking within the time limitations so that all the levels are eventually beatable at gold level if you just think about the best way to go about acheiving the goals.
So far, this is the hardest of the 3 games but that is an excellent quality not a bad thing.
And the stories are oddly interesting, coupled with the rewards of adding on upgrades to the wedding venue, this time.
I recommend this game!

I hate repeating HO scenes with the same objects, I dislike HOGs without a strong story, I feel some dislike about HOGs with timers even ones that only tabulate for points.
So, why am I giving this "free to play" game 5 stars when it has all the elements I dislike? Its because its the only game of its type that has seduced me into putting down cash to play....several times.
Elephant Games has built the best darned time wasting money pit that I have experienced. Plus, I actually enjoyed it even when I was robbing myself to play.
Just when I begin to think enough is enough, Elephant Games always adds another element like a new scene, or a character changes or adds , or a twist on one of the scenes played so often that I memorized the objects. And all wrapped up in nice graphics with relaxing "new age" type music.
The game play is very simple in that you are mostly running around looking for objects that the characters send you to find. Some of the objects take several steps to obtain and involves some hanging about waiting for scenes to open up .....or you can buy your way forward. Oh, the shame!!
I recommend this game!

Its a perfectly good remake (almost a duplicate) of 80 Days Around The World but they forgot how to fill up my wide screen in the remake process.
If you have already bought 80 Days Around The World then keep playing that game - the only addition here is a relaxed mode option that doesn't work so well farther into the game.
I recommend this game!
