I found this game to be very enjoyable for several reasons; the first that the graphics were very nicely done and the story line actually made sense.
On top of all this, it was full of twists and turns but no overly done to the point of being lost. While it did have a map, I found myself not really needing the map much. I also loved the fact that the hint button not only charge rather quickly but also gave true hints, and if there was nothing to do in the scene it would leave you to an area where there was something all without taking away your hint. Game ran smoothly, and it had a nice mix between hidden objects and puzzles. Great game!

I love the games that mix hidden object games along with the adventurous side and while this did prove to be a good adventure, I found myself wishing for at least a few hidden object games but this one had no hidden object games at all, so if you were wanting some this isn't the game for you. But the adventure part keeps you entertained as you wait for that next twist and turn. The graphics were pretty good I felt and the sound was not annoying as some games can be. The hints seemed to charge at a pretty nice speed, the skip button on the easy setting charges in one minute for the puzzles. I did find this to be enjoyable, and even a bit tricky, but that is what had me buying the game before the trial was over. Very nice game.
I really enjoyed this game, I bought the collectors addition and it was worth it! Not only do you have the benefits of the help if you need it, but the bonus play is wonderful too! This game does have a map, hints charge rather quickly, lots of hidden object games, and neat puzzles. The graphics are good, and even though it's a dark story, I found the graphics not to be deary which is nice also. The story line was easy to follow and made sense. You are trying to solve a mystery.
I thought the graphics on this game were good, and I followed along okay for a few worlds. Some of the hints that I received when I clicked the "hint" button were very helpful, until I reached a certain part of the game and then it stopped really giving hints and started just listing the things I had yet to do on the level. That would be fine, if I asked for those, but I listed for hints. For example I had all the items for a task, tried to do the task and after fighting with it because it would not accept the item that it had requested, I gave up and went away from that area onto another area. Some of the things were not very well laid out, at least for me to follow. Now, there were some really interesting and fun things in the game, one was some of the remarks the main character makes are rather humorous. So, I am going to recommend this game, based on the remarks, graphics and the possibility of you having more luck than I, however, just beware there are a few hang ups...or at least there were for me.
I really had high hopes for this game, it has some annoyances, but overall things were going along pretty well. UNTIL, I reached a certain point in the game and a key item to help you continue along your way showed up. This item could not have been missed, but it never appeared even after restarting the game. I'm not sure if you restarted totally from a new player that this item would show up or not. The graphics are pretty good, long game play, some of the cut scenes you can skip and some you can't. Maybe there is a patch that has been released that I haven't gotten yet, if so, then the game is well worth the money you'd pay for an collectors addition. If the game has been fixed where the ship will show up, then yes I recommend this, if it hasn't been fixed, then no.
Some objects in the HOG's were miss-named so I found myself looking and looking only to find the object either by accident or breaking down and using the "hint" button. The graphics are okay, could be clearer and some of the games were very frustrating because you really had no clue to how to do them. There wasn't a map, and if you found something ahead of when you were supposed to find it, you couldn't get it. One example is after managing to find a key, the object to open another object and finding one object that I needed I couldn't get it and had to go hunt for other things before collecting the item. I found the game overall, rather frustrating.
The Brothers Grimm have assigned the task of revealing the truth behind missing children in the town of Arbourshire; it is up to you to discover the secrets of the Fairy Tale Mystery, before it is too late.
I love games that aren't extremely stressful, but yet offer a little challenge at the same time; I also love HOG but not only just HOG so this game was a refreshing mixture. The puzzles weren't so frustrating to figure out, the HOG's were easy enough to do, and plenty of them. I really enjoyed playing this game, only wish that it had a map, and was longer.
