I hate giving bad reviews , but this one doesn't really warrant any other. In these times of 'austerity' I'm far more careful about parting with my cash than I used to be, and to be fair the demo wasn't bad. But it was the gorgeous graphics that persuaded me to buy it. I wish I hadn't.
The English accents were just awful, the story line barely believable, the game play entirely predictable, and the puzzles were just the same old same old.
Is it SO difficult to combine great graphics with a good story these days? Am I asking too much?? Jo
I don't recommend this game.

Friendly and cheerful ghosts need your help in this new, breathtaking match 3 game with HOGs and puzzles.
Don’t be deceived by the friendly little ghosties, and the cute story-book illustrations .. this Match 3 game can get very challenging as the levels advance, and .. if you’re playing in timed mode .. you don’t get long to play each one either!
The hidden objects games were devilishly hard, and I would have preferred a change from Mahjong (which got a bit boring), but both can be skipped anyway, without incurring any penalties.
A very sweet and relaxing game which I bought without hesitation, and which I’m sure I’ll play over and over again.

Haunted Legends: The Curse of Vox Collector's Edition
Uncover the true murderer as you investigate a haunted house!
I bought this game on the strength of the first few rave reviews, but I wish I’d waited for the SE.
I still can’t quite make up my mind what was was wrong with it ... It was beautifully produced, usual mix of puzzles .. (most very easy though) and the graphics certainly didn’t disappoint .. but I just got bored with it. In fact I didn’t even finish it!
(And I never did figure out the ‘garden’ thingy). Jo
I don't recommend this game.

Dark Parables: The Final Cinderella Collector's Edition
Become the fabled detective and rescue the Final Cinderella from the evil Godmother's clutches!
This is probably the most visually stunning game I have ever played. The colours are absolutely gorgeous. Not too hard, not too easy .. just right. A little on the long side, but unlike many collectors editions, I didn't get bored .. I didn't want it to end!
Beautiful ..
I recommend this game!

This is a beautifully crafted and intelligent game, but not one for the novice or the impatient because there’s much walking to and fro .. and so many different rooms and passages, it made me quite dizzy.
The voice over (there’s only the one) is excellent, the graphics crisp, and just enough hidden object scenes to give a player a rest, and a welcome break midst all the confusion.
I found some of the puzzles quite difficult .. but maybe because the instructions were hard to understand.
To be honest, I lost the will to live towards the end, and if I hadn’t been so intrigued by the storyline (and the deliciously sinister villain) and how it would end, I think I would have quit. But saying all that, none of my criticisms are the fault of the game .. which thoroughly deserves 5 stars.
(It was also nice to have a male coming to the rescue of his damsel in distress for a change .. instead of the other way around)
I recommend this game!

Lake House: Children of Silence
Dark things bubble to the surface when the past invades the present!
Nothing earth shattering or wildly innovative .. just a good solid game, with an intriguing plot, great graphics, not-too-hard puzzles, and a nice flow to it. Decent length too.
I don't play many games twice just for the sheer pleasure of it .. but this one I did!
I recommend this game!

.. But utterly delightful!
I played it with a silly grin on my face from start to finish.
Hours of wandering around spooky castles in fairy-tale kingdoms? Looking for demons or ghosts and saving stolen children? Engrossing story lines? Mind-boggling graphics? .. or this.
And I chose THIS!
This is the daftest, simplest, most inane game ever! .. BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
