i enjoy this type of game but I just did not enjoy this one. the story line was annoying (every 10 seconds this annoying tin swooshy sound popped up giving me another item that I either could not make out what it was because it was drawn so "artistically" or it was because they gave it to me and then flicked me out of the screen so quick i didn't know what just happened).
the characters were annoying. i started getting violent towards the students- i just wanted to hit continue to make up for the fact i wanted to hit them. but i realized that by skipping the dialog i missed 90% of the point.
At some point I changed from most to least difficult. Not necessarily because it was difficult but more because it was so painful- i just wanted to finish playing the demo and write this review. for a brief moment i nearly just exited out and wrote the review before demo ended.
the visuals- messy. some use the words artistic. i just use the word "mess". Everything was a mess. I was clicking on things just to click.
Played the demo only. on difficult, never had to use a hint or skip.
The ho scenes were standard- a list of items, some requiring multiple steps. One thing that was different about this game was that each HOS had a little task where you had to place multiple items - such as in the demo the chocolates in a box or badges on a ribbon. This was a nice change, but they were very simple- no thought- just drag object into matching hole. The ho scenes were kind of junk piles, but at least you could SEE the junk in the piles unlike other games.
The story was- as usual- creepy. when uncovering ho scenes a creepy child sound appeared for a split second.
I like how you have to keep your eye out for additional items for achievements and collections.
The mini games were really simple too- I was about to hit skip on one but it was out of boredom and not out of skill.
Now for the amazing part. The cut scenes (or cinematic scenes) were amazing! point blank probably the best I have seen and I have been playing these for years and years. I am pretty sure they are actual movie scenes and not animated. The sound, the colors, the details. fan-tas-tic.
I am still not sure why you would put a wet rag over a hot lightbulb. Seems pretty dangerous. Also the screw-driver that is missing the handle is called a chisel and not a screw driver. that confused me because I had a chisel in my inventory. also why would I have to take oil and fill it from a larger container into a smaller one. couldn't I save time and just pour the oil in the original container over the item?
Would be curious to see how the rest of the story develops. But am poor. so will have to wait.
I am not sure what other players call the HOG scenes where there are just a bunch of messy items that are difficult to see unless you crawl up in the screen. I call them garbage scenes. maybe junk scenes are better.
The game is very laid back- there is no direction, point, or anything else. So if that is for you- go ahead. IF you are interested in a quality game with somewhat of a point - skip it.
I was not aware that you were supposed to collect recyclables, animals, or other additional objects. Perhaps they should have done a tutorial about it. I ended up replaying all of those scenes after I realized I was supposed to be collecting additional items.
I did play a fair amount, hoping it would get better. Eventually I just died of boredom and uninstalled before the trial was up.
Taking your daughter to school is no easy feat when twelve of her friends tag along! Juggle a dozen kids with unique demands in this challenging time-management adventure!
This title is all wrong for this game. First off it is not a school bus- it is a carpool. Second off it is not fun- it is boring, repetitive, mundane, and just bad.
I played for about 6 minutes and that is because the tutorial was 2 minutes. The point of the game had potential- the characters had potential- the game itself? not so much. skip it.
I don't recommend this game.

I love nonograms. Sort of paint by numbers in a way. Others call them griddlers.
I was excited to see that BFG was offering up one- usually I just play the HOG and time management games, and since I have nearly exhausted every griddler on android, windows store, and iOs, I was happy.
The graphics? archaic. The sound? annoying (thank goodness you can turn the clicks all the way down- funny thing is I really enjoy hearing the clicks when playing games) The tutorial? beyond annoying. I cannot believe a developer in this day and age does not make any skips as in skip dialog, skip tutorial, skip skip skip! The tutorial was painful. The images created were pointless.
I played for about 8 minutes. The only reason I even played for that long was because I was forced to participate in the tutorial.
And you should not have to put a push-pin into every spot that does not house a block. I know- the game knows- everyone knows that that particular block does not contain a color, yet I am forced to fill in every missing block with a push pin. That should be a shut off option.
the first book was enjoyable- there was a lot of back and forth (but instead of walking you can and are expected to use the map). It was clear that you would have to return to the sparkle areas because you would see a needed object.
The sparkles were of different kind- some where images and you had to find the item- the sparkles were not a garbage collection- the items were relatively easy to find. It was nice that the pictures were given, but the objects themselves might have been at a different angle. Sometimes other games will make it too easy. Some sparkle areas were the list of items- with a few items needing multiple parts (click a curtain to find the object for instance).
The cut scenes were impressive. The story line was a little weak. The actors looked awkward when moving- you'll see what I mean during the first book/episode.
You can go onto the second book/episode if your trial is not timed out. The second episode started off nicely, but on the second location- the screen went blank except for large chunks of white blocks- clearly the pixels. Not sure if it was me- or the game code. I had to stop playing as I could not actually see anything- it wasn't dark- the game code itself was missing(?)
You are only given two play options- easy or hard. For us challenge players, the hard is not hard. On difficult there were still sparkles, the help took about 10 seconds or less to recharge, and you could skip puzzles if wanted. Usually those are the settings on easy.
its a virtual farm. you don't need to purchase anything with real $ to advance. There are goals but most are easily skipped (at some point all of my goals involved items several levels above my current- gold coins & skip#. A couple of questions to developers: -why do a cupid for valentines day, but keep him around #it is now may...# shouldn't we have had a lepracon or a new special character? - why have a restaurant, it doesn't make sense #the building, not the need- shouldn't we have had the "food cart" instead?) -why have "bulk" cost more than "individual" for instance- it cost 7 jars for 5 energy units, but cost more than twice that for only twice the amount of energy? -why does grandma and pa walk so slow towards their action, but really quickly run away from it? -why does it cost so much and take so long to make a single batch of flour. omg. it is insane. helpful hints: -leave the game running and you will come back in an hour or two with a gazillion arrows! Everywhere!
But I disliked it. Actually I more than disliked it, i quit the game before my hour trial ended. 44 minutes and probably at least 15 of those on a mini game.
Perhaps my experience is biased because of my setup. I played without ZERO hints/skips, lowest music setting and third lowest setting of sound effects.
I also like to pick up objects and not being told "this is an ax" and then later "I could use an ax on this" (neither of those are actual prompts as far as I know- but you get the point). Too much talking, too many word windows popping up, no storyline, no replay on how to use the magic items, it was just annoying.
some positives involved the attractive visuals, the junk piles were very detailed, the mini game(s) were challenging!
I am going to wait for the SE, try it again, and if I like it, then I will buy it. I am generally a fan of these games too!

The storyline was confusing. A house?
But the game itself? great!
I played on expert/hard mode. With this mode you still get sparkles, and skips (for mini games), and hints (for game play and HO scenes)
They just took a lot longer to reload. I usually do not miss the help buttons (see above) when I play these types of games. I am kind of glad that this game had them, even in the hard mode. I ended up using more often than I should have.
The hidden object scenes were attractive and interactive. Many you had to revisit twice. It was interesting because the interactive items required more than one "step".
The Mini games were varied. I found them challenging.
The help button (while in game play, not in HO) told you what direction to go and reloaded immediately. Sometimes all a game will say is "nothing to do here!" but not in this game. (To me that is a plus plus!)
There were character interactions, and they spoke plus words on the bottom. Lately it seems game developers have been lazily only having written words, nothing spoken. The characters were likable. There were a couple of lines in the development of the story that were "eeh" or confusing. But during all of the interactions, you can skip entire conversations or click ahead.
The game was pretty long. I was a bit surprised by the length of the game considering it was not a collector edition I played.
Overall, glad I bought it. I would suggest buying it at even the BFG club price. It was that fun.
I would probably play it in one sitting (one long sitting) next time. I did get lost (no map or task list) on where I left off when I returned to the game.
