A new breed of virus has spread throughout the City of Oxford. You must search the city for a missing girl who holds the key to stopping the global epidemic!
Dark, grainy visuals. Really annoying voice for one character. Storyline was different from the normal stuff. But I just didn't like it and I don't see why it got such good ratings. It was also rather short.
I usually don't review games but I had to write about this one. Wow. This game has it all. It took me over 7 hours to complete the main game and a few more hours for the extra chapters. It distracted me from a major pain flare today. Great mix of new and interesting puzzles and a fantasy storyline that's complex yet relatively easy to follow. Some minor flaws. The CE extras are great. Rarely do I come across a game like this that is so enjoyable, visually stunning, and maintains my interest throughout the game. Congratulations Mad Head Games for a great job! Please make more as good as this one!
I thoroughly enjoyed this game on all fronts - story, graphics, sound, and even new mini-games that I've never seen before. I rarely buy CEs but I'm so glad I did buy this one. The bonus chapter was all new material and had some excitement. Even the opening scene is beautiful. You know how you normally hit "skip" when the game opens and they have a cut scene? This is the only game I own where I actually watch it each time, because it's so cool. Thanks Blam games for great entertainment!
I'm really impressed with this game. The devs have done a superb job at bringing new advancements in game play and presentation. I've been playing for about 4 hours and I'm not even halfway through the game. The graphics and sound quality are great. The movie-like action in the scenes makes you feel like you are really in the game. Some of the voice acting is kind of lame, but that doesn't bother me. New twists on mini-puzzles aren't challenging but are interesting. It's really worth the CE money. It should get a Chocolate Truffle Award- you enjoy it so much that you take little bits of it at a time because you don't want it to end!
I purchased this game based on reading the reviews, but I should have read all of them! I was really disappointed and feel it was a waste of my money. Way too much back and forth running around. The journal is not helpful, neither is the map. I'm more than halfway through the game, and I'll eventually finish it, but I just can't stand playing it anymore. It's boring and predictable.
Explore the vastness of a ship lost in time, what mysteries will you uncover amidst its Mayan idols, menacing sea creatures, and exotic treasures? Find out in this exciting new Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game on the open seas!
I rarely buy CE's, but based on the reviews for this game I went ahead and bought it, and it was really great. The game itself was long, and the bonus chapter was quite long. The morphing objects and other additional items to collect were fun and challenging.
I just completed the SE and it was really fun. The graphics were really sharp, the storyline was refreshing, and there was a nice mix of HO and adventure. I'd say it took me at least 6 hours to complete the game on the Normal setting. Thanks to the developers for a really nice game that rises above the rest! The only downside is that I had to turn the music off after awhile because it had a repeating "haunting" voice track that just got annoying.
A UFO is rumored to have landed in the small town of Tundel and the mayor is trying to conceal it. Run your own journalistic investigation and learn the truth behind the event!
Oh my gosh I've never laughed outloud at a game before. This is hours and hours of entertaining fun!! I usually play games by myself, but with this one I had to share the humor with the family. It takes some patience, thinking about the clues, good memory and use of the map, but the goofy characters throughout is well worth the effort.
