I totally loved this game. The graphics are amazing! Very creative. The story is engrossing and told with empathy towards all the characters. The sound is a little annoying after awhile but you wouldn't want to play without it. The level of difficulty makes this a game for everyone. I especially liked that you could choose to play Majong instead of doing the HOS if you wanted and the items in the HOS were large enough to see. Quite a lot of back and forth but the locations made sense and were not difficult to figure out. Mini games were interesting and not terribly difficult and did I mention the totally amazing graphics? This is a must play game!
Challenge yourself in the role of the scientist-historian-scholar of ancient civilizations and mystical legends and save your friend from the Demon of Darkness!

I like this game. The graphics are great. I love the elephant in the loading sequence! The sound is ok. I found the mini games both unique and challenging. The story is predictable in that you are saving your friend and the world from a terrible disaster but that doesn't detract from the fun. Lots of back and forth but it follows a reasonable sequence and isn't so off the wall that you don't have a clue where to go next. This is a game for all ages.

The graphics are very good and in many scenes they are bright and fanciful. The sound was somewhat annoying after awhile. The storyline kept you engaged but is probably not appropriate for younger players due to some graphic images. Lots of running back and forth between scenes gathering items from illogical places. The mini games are interesting but not exceptionally challenging. Everything is pretty easy to find in the HOS's. Overall the story keeps it together and it is a fun way to while away the hours.

I totally enjoyed this game. I did not even take points off for it being a super easy game. The graphics are excellent. The story line is interesting and the puzzles, while quite easy, were thought provoking and fun. I am amazed at the creativity that went into it. The bonus game was quite long and every bit as fun as the main game. Totally worth the price.

I always like the Puppetshow games. They are a good length and fun to play. The instructions on the mini games were not too clear but once I determined what the goal was they were thought provoking but not too difficult. The graphics are outstanding but I took a point off because the soundtrack got kind of annoying. The items in the HOGs were good sized. A great game series for beginning to intermediate level. I would recommend this game and look forward to the next in the series.

I really enjoyed this game. It was as much fun as the previous House of 1000 doors. Good story line and well paced. The graphics are amazing. Mini games and HOGs are not too difficult. The map helps with the back and forth and is a good guide as to where to go next. I wasn't happy with the story ending but the bonus game fixed it.

I really enjoyed this game. This final chapter was the most enjoyable. Perhaps, that is because the story finally came together. The graphics were not as slick as many newer games but that is not a problem because it is a real ‘sit and figure it out’ kind of game. Great game for those who don’t need a lot of bells and whistles and HOG’s to keep them entertained. Not terribly difficult. Final scene is worth the wait.

This is a fun game. It is definitely a beginner to intermediate level. It has lots of onscreen hints. Interesting story line but it gets rather bizarre near the end. It does a good job of combining the decrepit old building setting with a lush tropical forest. HOS are large enough to see and puzzles are fun but not overly challenging. I would recommend this game.

I love this game. It was a lot of fun. The graphics are great and the sound is not boring or annoying. I especially liked that you could advance the game at your own pace. There is a lot of activity. It is more an adventure game than hidden object. The characters were very likeable. I was sorry to see it end and will definitely buy the 1st Castaways and look forward to the next.
