The graphics are outstanding! The sound track is good and well suited to the story. The level of difficulty is appropriate for all age groups. The story has a kind of sadness to it that the happy ending could not dispel. The HOGs were fairly easy to find and of a good size. Lots of backtracking and picking up random items. I like the option to play a find three game in place of the HOG. Gives some variety. Overall it was really fun and I recommend it.

Wow, I have never used a map so much in any game I have played. If only it had been interactive it would have helped. Over all the game was fun. The sound track was good. The storyline was very good. The mini games were not very challenging but the HOGs were good. Easy to find items of a decent size, Hint button penalty was a bit annoying. The problem was the items collected did not flow seamlessly to the next action required so it was necessary to constantly check the map for tasks. I still would recommend this game though frustrating at times it was enjoyable.

I played this game in expert mode and used hints occasionally to figure out what to do next. It was really fun. Good graphics. Good storyline and I really liked the soundtrack. Mini games were interesting but not too difficult. I like that empathy was shown for the villans plight. The items in the HOGs were a good size. Even the bonus game was entertaining. Good job!

I really liked the graphics and the storyline. It was entertaining and a good length. My only complaint is with the tiny tiny size of the objects in the HOGs. It should be possible to make them challenging without making them so small. There were a lot of HOGs and as fun as the story was I dreaded the HOGs. The mini games were not too difficult and the soundtrack was good.

I loved the storyline the graphics and the sound track. The mini games were not too challenging and the HOGs were fun. The objects were not too small or too difficult to find and they morphed into such beautiful objects. The sound track actually enhanced the storyline. Nice long game for all ages. I highly recommend.

I really liked the story line and the graphics were outstanding. The mini games were fairly easy. There were not too many HOGs but some of the items were so tiny I had to random click and hope I landed on them. Thankfully there was no penalty for lots of clicking. Without the map I would have been lost as to where to go next many times. I do like the interactive map that will transport you to the location you wish to go to quickly. Overall a really fun long game worth the money.

I can usually stay detached from the dramatic, and usually tragic storylines of most games but I was really touched by this family. I found myself having to take a break after the birthday video. Must be a grandma thing. I really liked having the option to customize the timing of the hint meter, game skip and sparkles. I hope that becomes an industry standard. The graphics were excellent. The mini games not overly difficult but enjoyable. The HOS had some interesting twists that made them fun in spite of the sometimes miniscule objects. But it was the characters and the story that won the day. Younger players may not understand the dynamics but they will still enjoy the game.
The game is enjoyable, although not very challenging. mini games are fun but the instructions provided are not very helpful. Over all the sets and sound were well done. I give it extra points for having a sound track I could leave on during the entire game. Minimum backtracking to gather items a plus. I did enjoy the ghosts being real people. The ending seemed a little rushed without explaination as to why certain events unfolded as they did.

I do not give very many negative reviews but this game is not worth the time invested. The story is very difficult to follow. After playing the entire game and the bonus game I still cannot give you a plot synopsis. I found the sound track very annoying. Shrill and repetitive. On the plus side the ghost graphics were very good. The games were not hard and were mostly just tedious. I had a difficult time deciding where I should go next after accomplishing a task and found myself asking "what now" a lot. Personal taste aside I cannot recommend this game for any skill level.
