Midnight Mysteries has been a great series. Devil on the Mississippi is one of my all-time faves. This instalment was subcontracted out to Hot Lava from MumboJumbo. It just didn't work out. This game has so much potential - but it misses the mark. Cons: The cursor action was very sluggish (could be my video card) The VO sync was way off - vox consistently ahead of pix Holes in Music, SFX, and Atmos The mini games were too easy The bonus chapter was a bit of a throw-away - & short Pros: SG was very clear Storyline Good VO actors very good Generally, this games lacked the heart of the other Midnight Mysteries games. MumboJumbo should keep the next instalment in-house!
The previous games in this series were so well done, I was a little afraid of being disappointed with Vox. I needn't have worried! The devs have outdone themselves. I have no negative comments at all. The entire experience was a delight. It took me a little while to figure out the Garden, but like Nilosh said, it was a charming diversion. (Welcome back, Nilosh!) The length was perfect, the music unobtrusive, the mini games were moderately challenging, not too many HOS. I found the entire game had elegance and humour. The devs are masters at this genre. Buy the CE, it's absolutely worth it!
Explore the vastness of a ship lost in time, what mysteries will you uncover amidst its Mayan idols, menacing sea creatures, and exotic treasures? Find out in this exciting new Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game on the open seas!
If you are looking for an inventive, gorgeous, creative, and FUN HOPA game ... look no further! This game has everything I want in an HOPA. Excellent Length Innovative Mini-games clever hos (grab those hummingbirds!) that you can swap for Mahjong. Achievements Other reviewers have written better overviews than me, but I just wanted to rave a bit! I haven't given a game 5 stars in a long time. Bravo, Devs!
I recommend this game!

Flip Words
Exercise your mental muscles with this phrase solving puzzler!
I am always looking for good word games. Sorry to say, Big Fish comes up short in this department. Flip Words ...... what can I say about a word game where spelling errors are rampant? "Quit while YOUR ahead" "The Great GADSBY" are just two examples. This is NOT a game I would give to a child. Texting should not blur our ability to spell properly.
I enjoyed this game immensely. A GREAT deal for an SE! It's along the lines of James Patterson Women's Murder Club - only much better. The locations are map-driven which works well. The graphics are clear, the music is well suited to the story, and the plot is intriguing. It was fun doing the lab work. Mini-games were new. HOS were clear - with the choice of item list or silhouettes. The length was fantastic for an SE. All in all, Castle was just plain fun. A definite buy!
I bought this game after playing 30 minutes of the demo. I really enjoyed the previous Princess adventure. If you did too, you'll like this one. The interaction with animals who give you their special powers adds a lot to the play. Find your lost Fairy Godmothers and they add more powers to your arsenal. Call the dragon with the magic flute to lift heavy things, or use your magic wand to break things open. Areas are cleared of evil just like the previous Isabella games. Loved the mandrake roots!!!
I recommend this game!

Bonnie`s Bookstore
Bonnie's Bookstore is a whimsical new word game for casual gamers of all ages.
This is a wonderful word game. Different challenge levels make this game interesting. I love word games, and it is hard to find good ones. Sorry, Big Fish, but the quality of your word games isn't as good as your other genres. I often relax with this one.
I couldn't beleive it when I saw Atlantis Quest today! I played this games years ago, and got totally hooked - but I couldn't get the game for Mac so I had to play the limited version online. THANKS Big Fish for bringing this wonderful game back to us! It seems easy at first - but just you wait .........
Another great game from Orneon! This is a wonderful series, and this one doesn't disappoint. HOS scenes repeat, but what is needed each time is clever and different. There are many places to go and items that interact inside HOS as well as normal play. My only real problem was the cursor. Be very careful - you have to click EXACTLY right on an object. I played the main game in 4.5 hours in casual, with 1.5 hours for the bonus chapter - so the length is very good. It's a buy!
Elephant Games does it again! This game is highly enjoyable in every aspect. The SE and the CE Bonus Play are a decent length, something I always look for. The music is very well orchestrated to the scenes. VO is not annoying. HOS are the match-object-to-scene type. There is all kinds of fun help available - interactive map of "real" realm and inside the books, task list, and hints that tell you what to do next (don't like using these!) Mini-Games are not very challenging, but are entertaining. I highly recommend this game for an evening's fun!
