What a beautiful game. I feel like it's 10 years ago with the great BF games based on just people & places. No sci fi/fantasy/cartoon nonsense. No mobile phones or weird devices. Why can't we have more of these? Please.

No, they still can't get the MCF games right these days. This is NOT a HOG! All puzzles & gadgets till I gave up after 20 minutes. Why oh why does every single game developer think we all want machines & gadgets? There are still those of us who long for the games of a decade ago. We are it seems no longer relevant.

Lasted about 10 minutes & deleted it. Where oh where are the MCF games of old. Return to Ravenhearst was simply wonderful. Charge us a bit more if necessary but stop churning out rubbish BF.

Loch Ness? How on earth is this Loch Ness? It's a dreadful catroon that's more like another planet. I've played dozens of HOGs & this was very confused & pretty awful. Can we not have serious games anymore?

How so called experts give this game 5 stars is beyond me. This is the usual garbage I unfortunately expect from BF these days. Whatever happened to the great games of 8 to 10 years ago? Maybe we need to pay a bit more to actually get entertainment. About to end membership. BF you should be ashamed of yourselves.

After seeing the positive reviews of this I thought I'd give it a go. No MCF still not doing it. It's set in Victorian England so why do we have to have machines & a robot? I am playing 2012 games at the moment & they have no machines, robots or experiments. I hate fantasy & sci-fi. Why are there not games for me anymore. 2/10 MCF. Must, must do better.
I rarely comment on games these days as they are all pretty pathetic compared the the halcyon days of 2011 to 2016 but this is an insult not only to my intelligence but the history of MCF. It's like a "here's a simple little guide to how you play HOGs". I am thinking of ending my membership after 13 years & that's such a shame as originally BF was a great idea & kept me entertained for many an hour.

Found this game having a mooch about (as we say in the UK). Loved it. Old school. No sci fi, fantasy or nonsense. Not insanely hard but right up my street.

I quite enjoyed this game but boy are the games short these days! When I play my games of 10/12 years ago they are much much longer. Scary? Not in the least. If this scares you then you have a problem. I still wish there were games about ordinary people in ordinary settings with no monsters, sci-fi, fantasy or machines. A whodunnit in a creepy manor house would be good.

My absolute favourite series of games back in the day but the last several have been awful. At first glance this looked like it had gone back to what MCF used to get right but alas this is still very poor. Why do BF think all we want is machines, sci fi & fantasy? If the people in charge were opera fans & they could only download heavy metal would they be happy? No of course not. So why are all games now the above? Some old school ordinary people doing ordinary things for once please BF. We are not all the same.
