I have to admit that I let early reviews sway my downloading this game. But, desperate times call for desperate measures. After replaying a number of my favorite TM games, I decided to give this game a try.
How anyone can give this game less than at least 4 stars is beyond me. This is one of the best, most challenging TM games I've encountered in quite a while. And, to me, well worth the money.
It has taken me several days, at the "challenge" level to get 3 stars on levels 1-6. Have just started levels 7. And, man on man, the challenge is definitely there!!!
I don't care too much for games where I obtain 3 stars quickly, or with no challenge. This game challenges me on both strategy and time. I have had to resort using videos on that u tube sight to figure out strategy, and even then, it took me several tries to obtain 3 stars. Quite satisfying once I was able to get the 3 stars, and admittedly, frustrating at times.
But, isn't that what a good TM should be? Shouldn't we have to struggle to get the stars? If not, then why not just play without the timer (not saying one shouldn't enjoy playing w/out the timer; just saying, I like the challenge).
All that said, I am truly enjoying this game and that it is helping me through this self-quarantine time. Big thanks to the developer for challenging my brain, and helping me forget the situation we are all facing at this difficult time.

I was so happy to see our Incredible Dracula make a return visit to BFG. Didn't even hesitate to purchase. Have to say, I was really disappointed in this latest game.
Takes no challenge whatsoever to get 3 stars in normal mode. There is quite a bit of challenge in the hard mode to the point it takes away from even trying.
I do love this series, I really do. But, it is not the Incredible Dracula of days gone by. I understand the need to cut costs in programming/development of time management games, thus this series stopped doing Collector's Edition a few games past. But, one of the things that made this series so successful was the challenge but not to the point of almost being impossible. And, I miss looking for the "hidden objects" on each level.
I recommend the game but only because TM games are so few and far between, and it does pass the time. I am hoping the developers will bring back some of the past features that set this TM game apart from all the others ;)

When I saw this game, I thought it would be boring. But, I was wrong.
Is it as exciting as a TM game? No. Is it as challenging as one of the many hidden object mysteries? No. You find the spaces that are numbered and click on the corresponding number on the color chart.
But, I found this a very relaxing and fun escape from the other types of games. I am thoroughly enjoying this. And, the music is relaxing as well.

I was so happy to see Moai VII as the game of the day! Have always enjoyed playing this series, and this latest game doesn't disappoint.
There are a few different things from previous games. Such as gathering emeralds one uses to move faster and increase resources. You can also use emeralds to spin a wheel in order to obtain more emeralds or other resources.
The usual building of resource buildings are still present as well as the ability to upgrade them in later levels.
The only slightly annoying thing is the wait for each level to load, but other than that, I am enjoying this game as much as the previous games in this series.
Oh, and another small disappointment is that it isn't a Collector's Edition. But, what the hey … the game is fun and challenging. Things I look for in a enjoyable time management game.
Looking forward to moving forward and obtaining gold stars to the end!!

I have to admit, when this first appeared as the game of the day, I only played a couple levels and felt it was not for me. However, after seeing the reviews, and not having a TM game available I had not already played, I decided to give it another try. And, I am happy I did!
I agree with previous poster that what may seem an easy game at first, the challenge became more challenging as it moved to later levels.
I was pleasantly surprised that a game came out w/out being a Collector's Edition and had 50 levels, some of which had to be played 4-5 times before determining the strategy to obtain 3 stars. I enjoyed searching for the owls on each level, and the "Wanted" tab shows the owls found and those not found so that you could go back to the level to find the missing owl.
The levels to shoot the bad guys before they shoot you was a fun exercise. I still have not been able to get close to 3 stars on the last of those levels, but it is fun trying.
If you like TM games, I honestly think you will enjoy this game.

I love time management games, so I am always happy to see one offered on BFG. This is definitely one I could have passed.
While it gave me something to do as I've already played most of the TM games, I would not have purchased the CE.
The game is really easy, and I mean easy. The timer is very generous and one would have to be really novice not to be able to get 3 stars on every level. There were only 2-3 levels where I had to replay to get the 3 stars.
I played the entire game and the 10 bonus levels. If bonus levels are not important to you, then wait for the standard game to be released.
If all you want is something to pass the time, then this game is for you. If you are looking for a challenge, give it a pass.

I really did enjoy my attempts to beat each level and get 3 stars and all the achievements. However, the story left me confused. I have to be honest, it is rarely that I read all the conversations as I really just want to play the game.
I was intrigued as to what was going on here. So, I struggled through the conversations, that at times took FOREVER!! In the end, I was more confused than I was about half way through. I really thought I would get what was going on, but by the end of the game, I had no idea what the heck was going on in this crazy town.
That said, I did enjoy playing the game. It's not my favorite TM type of game, but it kept me busy on an otherwise boring day.
I absolutely love Incredible Dracula games. I remember when I played the very first of the series. I was, at first, confused as it was very different than other TM games being offered at that time. Once I played a little longer, I found I really liked how different it was. The series continues to be my favorite TM genre.
The newest offering follows previous games with the same cast of characters and a few new faces. The only thing I really miss from the last few releases is having to look for "hidden objects" on each level. There was the "princess" and "gift boxes". But, alas, those days are gone. Knowing how much work goes into the development of the games, I understand in order to keep costs down, some things had to go. Too bad.
All that said, I still love this series and look forward to the next release! Would love to see a Christmas theme Incredible Dracula :)

I have to admit, when I first started playing this game, I wasn't too impressed. However, after playing several layers, I saw promise. I wasn't disappointed! As you move further into the game, the challenge is definitely there. Quite a number of levels were very difficult to achieve.
One of the tricky aspects of the game is that you don't need to use all the resources to achieve 3 stars. One's first assumption is that all available resources will be necessary to complete the level with 3 stars. Not so in this game. Seeing a bunch of juicy resources just hanging out behind a fallen tree, a rock or hole to be filled is very tempting, but wasting time with them will not get the desired 3 stars.
As mentioned, the higher levels required a great deal of thought and strategy. Have to admit, if not for that site that shows videos, there are some levels I couldn't determine the strategy. Only after watching did I slap myself on the head and ask, "Why didn't I see that??"
I strongly suggest that you give this TM game a try. No, it's not Incredible Dracula, but it is a fun and challenging game.

At first glance, I didn't think I would enjoy this game. However, after playing, it become more enjoyable and challenging. Some of my favorite TM games are Incredible Dracula, and this one has become another favorite. Some levels, I had to play 3-4 times in order to develop the strategy to get 3 stars. Although not as challenging as earlier Incredible Draculas, this still kept me guessing. Wish there were more TM games such as this.
