This a bubble popper that has some unique ideas I have not seen in other bubble popper games. I will say this game is very challenging, mostly when you are in ball mode or a boss level. The reason it's challenging is because luck is part of the equation, not because it's hard. The ball spins but in an unpredictable pattern, so there is no strategy, no way to plan ahead moves. In the "hard" levels, you can pass if you get lucky with which way the ball spins and what color comes up for you. Not alot of skill or strategy involved because of this, and I hate that element of luck.
I don't recommend this game.

Party Down
Serve the Hollywood elite and keep your cool in this great Time Management game.
I had to demote this game from four to three stars just based on the graphics. Just terrible! If you can stomach your way past that the game is decent. You are an aspiring actor that is trying to get a big break by catering for famous people. You need to talk to them to increase your popularity, and give them what they want when the bubble pops over their head. Pretty standard time management game stuff, but it was interesting and I did have fun.
So the story is that two friends leave the fast food business to be airport grunts, so they can travel the world, but now another girl is spending more time with the boy. uh-oh, I smell drama. That's the extent of that. The gameplay was boring, repetitive, and clicky in a bad way. Including having to click exactly right on the item, so most of the time I would have to re-click things (which is annoying and frustrating). I did only play the demo, so I can't attest to if it gets any better. But why spend your time on this game to find out?
This game is very similar to "My Farm Life" and "Hobby Farm" but Ranch Rush is by far my favorite of the three (and I liked the others). It is also the most challenging of the three. I have replayed it several times, using different layouts and strategies. I like that it is challenging without being frustrating, a rare combo indeed. It is fun every time! I highly recommend! Also, make sure to check out the sequel.
When I first started the game I was like, "Are you serious? This has to be a joke!". But as the game added in obstacles and different elements it did grow on me a little. In this game you are competing in fishing tournaments around the country, each fish you catch awards you points. You can upgrade your boat and lures as you collect enough money. Nothing was really challenging, mostly just annoyances with birds eating my fish. I did find it funny that there were sharks, porpoises AND whales in a Texas lake! Wow, whoulda thought?! Not a terrible game though, I would consider buying it if it was on a good sale. Probably more for my kiddo than me.

Virtual City
Build the city of your dreams- a residential paradise or an industrial center in Virtual City, a fun and exciting Simulation game!
When did this game come out and how did I miss it? Loved it! The story is pretty stock, you are taking over your family's business and need to make it successful. But who plays these games for the story anyway, right? Starting the game seemed a little overwhelming, the tutorial could have been a little better. But once you got into it and understood better, it was a lot of fun. You basically are managing a trucking operation and telling the trucks what goods to pick up and where to deliver. That doesn't sound so interesting, but it becomes a tangled web you get to unravel! You need certain goods to make certain products and you need to create a transportation chain for it all while balancing and keeping the population happy and meeting goals for the level. There are fifty levels all of which took generally at least 15 min. to complete (for expert times) so you can do the math. Plenty of different scenarios, some focus on population goals, some on transportaion goals, some on environment and on and on. So it's not like you are doing the same thing over and over on each level, which would get pretty boring. I see that there is a virtual city 2 as well, so I'm off to go try that one now!
The intelligent gopher you created has gone rogue! He wants to take over the world, what shall we do? Well, defend our garden with flowers of course. Silly story that doesn't make much sense. This is a tower defense game with a twist, the twist is that you have to create a maze for the bugs to walk through, otherwise they'll just walk to the end of your garden. There are a few difficulty settings with the bugs tougher on each one. A unique game for tower defense lovers!
This game is just plain fun to play. Other than meeting certain goals/conditions in a certain timeframe during each level you are free to build how you want. You could easily replay the game and try out using different strategies. Loved the humor, and the hunky guys. Only negative thing I have to say is that the game ended so abruptly and there really was no finished feeling to the story. At first I thought my computer meesed something up and I missed something! All in all a great game and I am hoping for a sequel...
Possibly one of the hardest games on BF if you want gold on every level. A classic tower defense game where you protect your strawberries from those yucky bugs. You cannot win this game without strategy, what towers do you place where and what to upgrade when. Resources are very limited which is what makes it such a challenge. Plenty of levels to sink your teeth into.
I recommend this game!

Bus Driver
Transport passengers following a planned route according to a timetable and learn the basics of professional driving!
This game is perfect if you like being frustrated. So when you start moving your bus, it's very slow to get started, and it also takes forever to brake. While on the other hand all other vehicles (including other buses can start and stop on a dime#. So consider this scenario... you are driving along and there is a green light #green lights last literally 2 seconds, I counted) that immediatly turns red, to which all other traffic can stop immediately. You on the other hand have to slam on the brakes acquiring penalties, to which you still can't stop in time either, a) hitting other cars or b)running the red light. Both of which incurs you more penalties. This is only one scenario that happens repeatedly that I couldn't stand, there are many other similar frustrating things that happen. The timing is impossible because the bus is too dang slow as well. A big disappointment, because this is a unique idea for a game that could have been well done and a lot of fun.
