There are some TM games I like and some I absolutely dislike immensely. This one is in the middle. I wasn't bored playing as is the case with most but I wasn't really thrilled either. I enjoyed the challenges and I did have to go back and redo some to get the Golden Scarab but that is par for the course. Why is it that the further you get into these TM's the faster the timer seems to go? I know that isn't the case, it just seems that way. When you finish a level successfully and the characters come out and do their dance is one of the highlights. I love watching it. If you are a fan of TM's you should like this one especially the younger set. I recommend it with reservations only in that it is not as sophisticated as some I have played. Enjoy it for what it is and don't expect earth shattering events.
Someone has stolen two powerful magic doves from your kingdom, and the consequences could be disastrous. Embark on an extraordinary journey to stop the thief.
I picked this because it is from a developer that usually puts out good and fun games. Wrong on this one. The story is pretty lame and doesn't make any sense at all. One of the first things you have to do is get this fairy for some reason and name (?) her and all I could see that she does is sit there and say 'she can do magic'. Well, unless her magic is to fix my breakfast, I didn't see any. Had to go to the strategy guide, which I NEVER like to do, to find out what's next and that was to get this other little fairy guy and name (?) him. At least he was useful with his hints. Usually I enjoy HO games if they are done right and a little thought and imagination are put into them. This one had no thought or imagination. I think my 12 year old grandson could have done better.
There is just no rhyme or reason to this one and I didn't enjoy it one bit. One of the 1 star reviewers said it best in his post; basically, don't bother. I will be uninstalling this when I'm done here.
One of my favorite games is by ANAWIKI which developed this game but there is no comparison. Starts off as if everyone is a child rather than getting right into the game with minimum instruction. I mean, come on, it's just a simple mosaic and not an earth shattering revelation. When I saw who the developer was I couldn't wait to start put I should have because you have to go through the lame tutorial or you can't advance. Plus I hate this type of mosaic where you have to right click to eliminate the unused squares. Just leave them alone. The graphics were not up to par and the music is annoying. I don't even true mosaic lovers will go for this one. A real thumbs down game.
I don't recommend this game.

Magic Tea
A delightful color-matching marble-popper game set in a beautifully rendered 3D world.
I evidently played this once before because on this download I only had 49 minutes left. Well, I played it again and I see why I quit early before. The graphics are awful, the sound should be shut off and the voices are annoying. The ball doesn't always go where pointed and the "3D" isn't. Maybe someone had good intentions with this game but they fell far short. I don't recommend this game unless you like boring games with no real purpose. There are good marble poppers out there but not this one.
This is one of those games that I get the impression they were trying to write for kids. Story is lame as are the characters and the settings. Maybe if I was 10 I would like it but this is not for adults. Graphics are poor at best and the music is just annoying. I don't see how games like this keep getting 5 stars, they simply aren't worthy. But, hey, if you enjoy them, go for it. I don't recommend this one.

Nightmares from the Deep: The Siren's Call Collector's Edition
Face off against Davy Jones and his nightmares from the deep!
I expected this to be a more hidden object type game and it is only in the sense you have to go all over creation to find things to open other things. I spent most of the demo on doing just that. Story never really advanced other than the "mayor" got Calliope and is taking her away. What is supposed to be scary, ie: ghouls or ghosts popping up, wasn't; they were more annoying and seeing dead bodies was more something to fill space. The story itself is weak and so predictable that I found boredom setting in. One of my biggest peeves in this is when you have to leave one area and travel to another, the map doesn't pop up and allow quick travel. I found on some I had to keep hitting hint to go from the furthest area almost to the beginning. If I knew where I had to go, no problem, I just pull up the map but if I didn't know where I needed to go to find something, you almost get tired of clicking. Some people may like this game and give it 5 stars but not me. I've played this developers games before and found some good ones, however this is not one of them I can't recommend this game.
As an agent of the Alliance, you’ve been given a mission to destroy an ancient artifact known as the Spear of Destiny. In the wrong hands, it could help conquer the world.
This started as what I thought was a pretty nice game but then it went downhill. First, I had to play as a female, which I'm not, and then I had to waddle through some pretty lame game play. The HO's were not that great and run of the mill variety. Some of the puzzles were nice though and I enjoyed those but I hate the ones were if you move one piece the others might move. Those I skip because they take forever to complete.
The graphics were above average but some of the voice overs should not be tried in a foreign language, they don't sound right and are annoying. Game play was sketchy moving back and forth for no apparent reason and having to come up with not needed articles. For example, pain cream for a gentleman. Funny you can get it but he can't. No rhyme or reason.
This is not my idea of a good HO game although the opening graphics may pull you in.
I don't know which version of this game others were playing but this is far from a 5 star, or even a 3 star game. Maybe it's my computer but I couldn't play in full screen and didn't have any sound at all. Plus, I got bored matching and not really accomplishing anything. The graphics were ok and thus my 2 star review but that is all. I don't recommend this game even to match 3 lovers. There are much better ones out there.
I was really disappointed with this game. Usually, Elephant Games are well thought out and great to play. This one left me bored and not happy at all. The opening graphics look great but that's where it ends. Get into the game and it's the same old 'find this to open that to get something to open something else' junk. That seems to be what all the developers are going to. They can't come up with anything new so they just waste time going back and forth. The HOs are not very innovative and tend to be boring and then there's the old "find the right sequence" thing which is a real drag. Someone out there has to have some new ideas. The only reason I gave this 3 stars was because of the graphics. They are better than most of the games i've played lately. Being a serious HO person, I can't recommend this game but some of you may like it. If so, then enjoy!!
This is my kind of game. Great story and great game play. HOs are a little tedious but they are still fun. You actually have a realistic goal to complete and on the way you see some interesting things. This is the kind of game I wait for but, unfortunately, they are few and far between. This is more for the adult player although some of the reviewers think differently. I think once you get into this game you will enjoy it. Oh yeah, the music adds just the right amount of creepiness to the game. I recommend this game for all gamers looking for a change. Have fun!
