I love these kinds of games...its alot of fun...BUT...as others have stated you cant See the levels on a map and you cant redo the levels like in most time management games...I also didnt like that I couldnt buy what I wanted from the upgrades...just what the game offered...makes it very limiting.
I recommend this game!

I decided to purchase after reading some positive reviews...and because when purchasing CE's I have always gotten a bonus game...well there is NO BONUS game here and I feel this game is not worth the CE price for that factor alone.
Graphics and VO's were good...some interesting mini-games...and the story line seemed to be promising...but it never was fleshed out.
Overall for storyline ...No Bonus game...mediocre game play...this is not worth the CE price and is one of the more disappointing CE's I have purchased here.
I did however thoroughly enjoy tyhe same Dev's Minotaurs Curse...that was a good one!

I love fairy tale games and not sure how I missed this gem.
It seems to me the few poor reviews were from people expecting something different;not sure what, but I thot the whole game from graphics,Voice overs, music and story line was beautifully done.
I love all the extra info in the interesting story line and seems if some people dont care for that you simply click continue,no big deal.
For me this was one of the best fairy tale games here and there have been some very good ones!

I love music in my games to add atmosphere but this was the most annoying music ever....and I had to go to the forum to figure out the blasted hint button for pete's sake...while there i see there have been several technical issues people have come across besides the hint button....maybe one day I will get REALLy bored and finish this game I have played for only 20 minutes before getting insanely irritated with it!
I don't recommend this game.
Stop a mechanical monster before it destroys an entire town in Depths of Betrayal! Uncover the truth and stop the terrifying machine!

Very reminscent of my fav 'Roads of Rome' which I love and play over.
It's different tho in that the tasks are diversely different from ROR and you play one of the 3 characters.
The storyline is mythological and the graphics are nice and colorful and sharp.
I LOVE THE OCEAN! It's realistically nice and makes me want to be at the Agean Sea! Probably cos I am in snow bound Canada but none the less it is a bright sunny game!
I have been waiting for another ROR type game ( tho I wish to forget ROR 3)..:P
Anyway I hate writing the storylines etc as I prefer to find this stuff out on my own not thru someone's review.
If you liked ROR 1&2 you will love DEMIGODS!

Normally I hate FROGS,especially when the items are so tiny...but I played this game while house sitting for a friend and the storyline drew me in to the point Ididnt care about the above things which normally would make me not even try the game.
I found the storyline compelling;what you think is going to be your run of the mill haunted ship story turns out to encompass ALOT more.
I liked the simple yet perfect sound track...for me a good music score in a game as in a movie can draw you in or leave you out...this was simply perfect.
In fact I still am thinking this storyline would make a awesome movie!
A must to play even if you are not a FROG player! If you love solving really interesting plots, you must try this one!

LOVE the music, gorgeous graphics and storyline and animals. I found the length even w/o the Bonus play to be perfect and I love the fact developers are not using the same old HOS game play.

I find the Spirit of Mystery series to be my favorite on BF.
Please keep making em like this as we who love them will definately buy them!

Won't repeat what others have said about storyline except this is a beautifully done game!Loved the historical settings and info about ATG! I would love to see more like this for a change from the usual macabre story lines.The ending left an opening for a sequel; wish game developers would do one!
