This was worth buying. The storyline keeps you involved until the very finish...same ending, saves people in trouble but the bonus chapter really clinches it. You actually begin to feel sorry for the main man in this one. Graphics are good, easy to know where to go next (and if not the hint will guide you), music is good. Most importantly it leaves you feeling good when you finish. (That's how involved in the story you become. )
I recommend this game!

This game is a typical match three with a few fun items thrown in...a bat, a spider and a turtle so far. I played the hour demo and then bought it. It has no tech issues and hint button recharges quickly, the music isn't irritating, and the only thing I didn't like was from level to level, you have to wait for the little arrow to move to the little dot and turn green. Then you can hit play. It is also easy to get out of...just hit save and exit and youre gone. I also hated to kill a turtle...didn't mind the spider or bat. There is a HO scene in each of the six locations to earn another magical power. Pretty hard HO's but really liked this game . It is a nice change from time management.
I recommend this game!

If you need to give your sneakers and brain a rest and you like solitaire games, this is the one. It is cute, semi-easy (lets face it you are playing a game with a computer who knows how to win and the next cards coming up) and a good way to rest. No blood, no kidnapping, no demons, no HOs, just a good, relaxing game. (And no tech issues) It is a definite buy for anyone who likes solitaire.
I recommend this game!

Fun game and most puzzles easy. No skip button, so it is very easy to get stuck. Music is good, you find question marks to gain hints or play a "find the 10 question marks" game. Hint will not help on puzzles, which you have to play to find parts of objects. Yes this HO is a "find all the parts and then use" one. All in all a nice game, no brain strain.
I recommend this game!

No, this game doesn't have a car wreck, mad doctor, an asylum, etc. but it has some really spooky gnomes. You don't have to wear your sneakers out, it does provide a challenge, the hint recharges quickly and so does the skip button and the storyline is similar to Rose Red by Stephen King. Its a nice clean game (by clean, I mean good graphics, subdued music, etc). Give it a try and you might surprised how quickly you get hooked. I know you will have a new view of garden gnomes.
I recommend this game!

I still play Gardenscapes alot and was SO excited to find a sequel AND one that is as good as the original. The cute dog is there and they have added a few extra games, not just hidden objects to sell. I have to get to town now but I KNOW what I am playing this afternoon. I purchased this with only 10 minutes of demo played. This is a great game!
I recommend this game!

Not that I use it much, but when I need it, I like a hint button to tell me what to do next or where to go. I might have purchased it but I did buy one before with no hint and it was not too much fun. The graphics are good, the french accents are a little hokey, but the voice overs do make it interesting. As I did wander the hall for a while, and had no place to look (and I did scour the train car and hall), decided not to buy.
I don't recommend this game.

Pros: Good story line, graphics clear, music okay but repetitive, definitely the same quality as the previous Puppet Show games The SG holds your place and hint button charges fairly quickly.
Cons: Inventory not displayed all the time (you have to click "tools" to use an item), skip button on mini games takes at least 3 minutes to charge, music might irritate some people (didn't bother me I was so engrossed in the game).
A DEFINITE BUY FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES PUPPET SHOW GAMES.
I recommend this game!

This is a nice, clean game with pretty good graphics, fixing up the farm (like Gardenscapes), and the story line is darn good. Something about it seems oddly familiar though. The only complaint I have is at the Farmer's Market...the game cuts you off before you have all the customers requests filled. For $2.99 it is a nice way to give your brain a rest. Some of the hidden objects are very small and hard to find but the hint is a true hint and recharges quickly. The skip button also charges quickly on the mini games.

This was a long game, and I had no glitches. The graphics were good, music wasn't irritating, and was pretty brain straining. The SG held your place and I did need it. You will definitely need lots of sneakers for all the running around. A very good game and glad I got it!
I recommend this game!
