I bought this game for two reasons 1) I enjoyed the previous one in this "series," and 2) BOGO sale on CE versions this weekend. But I am fuming about this even with a good sale. I agree with heyokayo - it keeps crashing. I was about two or three clicks away from finishing a level and it crashed so I had to start all over again. And it crashed again. I'm on level 8 and the game has crashed 3 or 4 times over those 8 levels. That kind of wipes out any meaning to a BOGO sale. I sure hope someone in the Big Fish tech department can fix this. I am/was enjoying the game, but apparently I'm not going to be able to finish it under the current circumstances. Bummer!!!!
I don't recommend this game.

Big Fish offers few games of this caliber any longer. Like many others, I own virtually all of the previous Laruaville games. I always look forward to the new twists and turns and am never disappointed. I have recently started playing some nanogram games, but they will be put on the back burner while I play this new gem of a game. I played this new addition for about 30 minuets and there was never any doubt that I would be purchasing it. I absolutely recommend it without any hesitation.
I recommend this game!

I love Joe's clutter games and own pretty much all of them. My very favorite of all of them is Clutter Gaps. I would play and replay that particular variation. But, sadly (for me) the way that game has been played has changed and I no longer like it. From what Joe said in the description, some people fussed about not being able to see the multiple layers easily enough. Well, I thought that was part of the challenge. That's why I dinged my rating to 4 stars down from my usual 5 stars. No matter what version of Joe's clutter games you have, there are always going to be some types of clutter that are less appealing than others - for various reasons. But losing my Clutter Gaps is making me eat a few extra chocolates today to soothe my bruised soul.
I recommend this game!

I love TM games, but not usually this type of TM. I tend to go for the Viking Brothers, Rescue Team, Golden Rails type of TMs. But for some reason I played the trial version and liked it - much to my surprise. I like the fact that once an item is prepared you just click on it and it goes to a customer automatically without additional clicks. Other features I really liked were the easy mode of play and the ability to renovate/decorate the buildings. No matter what you're buying - furniture, flooring, lighting, etc. - you have three choices to select from. Having a choice of decorations is always a big draw for me too. The graphics are fun and colorful. I also thought there were enough bonus levels to make it worth the CE price. I have no interest soundtracks or wallpapers or concept art in CE games. I won't pay money for any of those things, but I will pony up a few extra dollars if there are bonus levels. Overall there were so many features that appealed to me that I hit the "buy" button after playing several levels.
I recommend this game!

This game is fantastic! The graphics are stunning. The voice overs are spot on in every way. The beauty of the game is eye popping. If there are any downsides to it, I can't imagine what they would be. Whoever put this game together needs a promotion and raise right now! I never play the music with games, but I kept it on with this one. It adds to the pure relaxation and beauty of the experience. I was about to go to bed, but I'm so hyped up about this game that I think I'll be staying up for a while longer to play it until my eyelids won't remain open any longer.
I recommend this game!

I have loved this series and purchased all of them. After I downloaded and started to play this one, I was a bit horrified to realize it is exclusively Find the Difference. That was an immediate uninstall for me. I strongly dislike FTD puzzles so a game that has only FTD puzzles is of no interest to me. Variety is the key to success IMO. The levels I played were well done, but it's still a deal breaker for me. I've seen Pennmom say she loves FTD so I thought about her when I realized what this game really was. Hopefully the next installment of this series will go back to having a variety of games/puzzles.
I don't recommend this game.

I agree with all the wonderful reviews here that mention how beautiful and challenging this game is. It's really clever and keeps me scratching my head about what to do next. I never listen to the music during a game, so can't comment on that. But one thing is driving me up the wall. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks so, but the voice overs are really horrible IMO. I want to hear the dialog, but when I hear those VO's I want to get up from the computer and leave the room. The fact that the actual game play is so captivating will keep me hanging in there until the game is over. I just need to find a way to tolerate the VOs that are hurting my brain.

I like the Divine Journey series. I enjoy the game play and am not adverse to the storyline. To each his own. If you don't like this type of game, just click past it. I dislike a lot of the games we are currently being offered, but I don't download a trial version and/or write a negative review. I just click past it and find something I like. There is something for everybody at BF. I look forward to the next game in this series. I will be purchasing this game when I can get it at a discounted price. My budget can't handle paying $15 for a game so I wait for a game to get "old" or to be offered at a sale price. I have 4 CEs I want to buy, but not at $15 a pop. Member benefits have shrunk and so has my budget these days.
I recommend this game!

I like games with this concept. While playing the demo one thing really captured my attention, but not in a good way. I had to click and click and click on some items to pick them up. On one particular item I knew I had the right item and clicked all over it, but it would not pick up. I finally gave up and used a hint. Sure enough, I had the right item. There were too many items within the demo time that refused to be picked up with just one or two clicks. I even used the easy mode so the cursor would turn to a hand when I had the right item. Still didn't help. Still had to repeatedly click on the some objects a few times to pick it up. That was really off-putting to me. For a CE, I think 100 levels with 10 bonus levels might be enough for me to purchase it; but I'm not going to rush into buying it while it's still too new to get a sale price. I'll have to wait a while until the Big Fish decides to allow it to be purchased during a good sale. I did enjoy playing it though. I assume that as I would progress through the game the levels become more and more challenging. This would have been a 5 star for me if it had not been for the difficulty of picking up some objects without multiple clicks.

I played 3 levels and bought it. It's fun and delightful in many ways for me. The monkeys move really fast just in normal mode. A lot of it is the standard TM game play, but for some reason I found it to be very enjoyable. I agree that it needs an untimed mode. Since I don't play for stars, I end up getting one star for each level. I just play at my own pace, as usual. On level 8 the map wouldn't disappear so it on the monitor along with the game play. That was strange, but the next day on level 9 everything was okay again. Hopefully that won't happen again since it was a little bit of a distraction.
