Along the lines of MKFTP: clear paths, build structures, defeat enemies...Not a bad game, but a little dinky and not very thoughtful. The levels are short, simplistic, and tediously similar to one another. The weather aspect is cute, and the makers might have had something here if they put a little more time into it. Also, the game is prone to crashing.
Not sure if the two games are kindred, but the (first?) "Weather Lord" (as opposed to "Weather Lord: Hidden Realms") was a better game in my opinion.
I don't recommend this game.

Another solid "pathway" game - follows along the lines of MKfortheP - clear rocks and debris, build sawmills, etc. In addition to other tasks (i.e. collect 50 units of wood), each level requires you to plant flower beds in a specific arrangement (i.e create a striped pattern, etc.). The gardening aspect is a cute little twist, though i wish this aspect was more relevant - Gardens Inc. isn't really a "farming" game.
Overall, this is a good game, but not without some tedium - similar to other games, ghosts and other menacing creatures come out of the woodwork randomly causing your workers to return to homebase and not resume work until the creature is gone. Personally, I find this more annoying than challenging. Reminds me of the menacing pirate that would randomly appear in Island Tribe 2.
I recommend this game!

Follows along the vein of the "Timebuilders" games...A "Build-A-Lot" with a bit more adventure and complexity. If you like this one, try "The Timebuilders: Cavesman's Prophecy;" it's even better.
I recommend this game!

To be fair, I only played the one hour trial. I was prompted to try this game by all of the positive reviews from other BFG gamers, so obviously some people loved it. In sum, if you like games like "Westward" give this one a shot. It is a story driven plot, with a barely there time-management aspect. Gather resources, build sawmills, etc. - that said the game isn't a "My Kingdom, etc." type of game; it is piloted more by fulfilling "mini-quests." Not horrible; not exciting.
I don't recommend this game.

Nothing about this game falls into place for me. It is unclear what type of a game the developers are trying to create or who their audience is. "My Kingdom for the Princess" for children? Wanted to like this one, because the "Candy Land" graphics and story are cute, but the game as whole just doesn't make sense. It isn't really challenging, the game play is overly simplistic, but is also complicated, bizarre, and confusing...the game either needs to be further simplified and clarified to appeal to children, or further developed to appeal to adults. Seems like the developers had a few drinks before throwing this gem together.
I don't recommend this game.

Fun game for those who enjoy number puzzles! Test you logical, mathematical, and deductive skills. Perhaps the game is even more addictive than it is enjoyable; this one left me with sore, red eyes, but I keep coming back. If you enjoy these types of games, I also recommend you try out Sudoku Latin Squares (also available on BFG).
I recommend this game!

Jet Set Go is modeled after games like Sally's Spa or Belle's Beauty Boutique - drag characters to stations, then click arrows until the customer has a big old smile on their face. Sally and Belle type games are not my favorite by far to begin with, but this one is just really bad. There could have been something here, but it never really manifested itself into a successful game, like the producers got lazy halfway through the making. Repetitive, boring, and exhaustingly easy (even at "expert" setting). Maybe cute for children ages 5-10.
I don't recommend this game.

Love all of the games in the Jojo trilogy! - I think this one is the most challenging. There aren't any other games out there quite like them (sadly). Dress models in time to head down the runway in "appropriate" fashions. Earn bonus points by chaining styles and creating "signature looks." Challenging, very fun, little quirky, totally girly. Brought me back to my childhood days playing dress-up, and creating new looks for my barbie dolls.
I recommend this game!

Enjoyed this one! 10 card games each with a different twist on gin rummy. You play against 3 computer opponents to complete your house etc (i.e. complete a set of 3 "cabinetry" cards, a run of 3 "dining room" cards, etc.). Nothing too exceptional, but fun to play. Don't regret my purchase, but would be nice to get a little more time gaming for the money.
I recommend this game!

A series of silly "mini games." This game may be a cute way to introduce children to cooking, but offers nothing for the adult gamer. Stupid and tedious.
I don't recommend this game.
