This is definitely a different kind of game. I was first attracted by the plot. A princess turning into a monster is funny, so I thought I'd give it a try.
The game is 3-D with a rotatable and zoom in screen. You get to operate cranes, shoot cannons and mess with magnets in addition to finding things. It's not difficult, but it is clever.
The graphics are not the greatest. I really prefer 3-D modeling to basic shapes with a skin slapped on them. It's a little distracting, but doesn't take away from the game too much. I like the bold cartoon like colors and the game makers have a slightly twisted, but good sense of humor. I could swear it was Rudolph the (no longer) red nosed reindeer I saw hanging as a hunting trophy.
The dialog is ok - and so far - spelled correctly. Always a plus. In the part I've played, the puzzles tend towards the classic fairy tale "if you want my help, you have to do a task" type challenge. They aren't difficult, but they're kind of fun and the princess monster is really cute.
I'm planning to buy the game at the end of the trial.

I stepped outside of my usual preferences to try this game. I have to admit I enjoyed it. I've only played the sample hour, but found a lot to like.
Someone spent a lot of time on the graphics. They're well done and the animation is smooth. The narrative is humorous and the music is not annoying. It's appropriately epic in some places and just there in the background in others.
The game play doesn't seem too hard, at least in the first 6 levels. The upgrades are interesting and though it's not particularly fast paced, it requires a little thought to get everybody to the right place in the time allotted.
I recommend this game!

This game is really graphically beautiful and the storyline is good, though different from the traditional 'Alice'. The problem is that objects are really hard to find either because you're not certain what you're looking for, or the location and/or appearance of the object doesn't make sense.
I struggled to finish it because I got a little bored and frustrated with trying to find my way around when available directions weren't clear or missing bits of info from conversations I couldn't replay.

I bought this game after really enjoying the trial hour. After about 3 levels, I got bored. I never finished the game.
It's not a bad game, just not one of the better of it's type. The graphics were fine - cartoon style - and the challenge was good, but not enough to really stretch your mind.

I never play match-3 games. I don't even remember why I tried this one. It led to me trying some others, but after some time, I still feel that this one has superior quality.
The graphics are nice, the music is pleasant and the game play can be challenging - probably because I'm less experienced with match-3 - but still, very fun. I've replayed the game a couple of times trying for a better score.

This game is great for kids or just a lazy afternoon when you have time to kill and don't want to sprain your brain.
The graphics are very nice. The menu planning mini-game takes a little thought. The storyline is simple - got to please the in-laws to get the girl, so you get to be a successful restaurant owner. Overall it's a nice game.

I don't usually play this sort of game. The music was just wonderful. I generally disable the music in a game within the first 30 seconds. This one has a very appropriate, non-irritating sound track.
It has great graphics, and a good storyline. The game play is fun and challenging, but not too hard and the power-ups are clever. I like zapping bugs and there's lots of opportunities for just that on every level.

I miss the old days when PC adventure games were more popular. This one took me back to those happy days. The graphics were nice, the plot was good, though a little odd, and I enjoyed it end to end. (Ok, some of the dialog went on a bit long). Overall, I really good game.

This game is sort of an early version of the "Life Story" type. You have to make choices with your time, diet and sleep, while juggling problems with your crazy family. Unfortunately it is a bit short, but re-playable.

After the initial hour of play, I liked it. Unfortunately, after another hour, I was still waiting for something interesting to happen. There is a sort of plot and it was nice to tidy up the colony. (It always makes me feel better when a game lets me clean up something.) Still, in spite of it's very nice graphics, there isn't much reason to keep playing.
