I just love doing this. Not really jigsaws, but mosaics you have to put together. My biggest problem was that I kept dropping the pieces (better mouse handling required) and was penalized as if I had put it in the wrong place. But, I've got it down now and it's great. Each level becomes more challenging as it goes along. Beautiful colours, nice music.
I recommend this game!

Well, it's certainly a little more challenging than some M3's I've played. It was difficult to understand what I was supposed to do but if you click on the "help" button, it will give you instructions. No tips for making it easier though...you have to figure that out for yourself. Just play it and it gets easier to understand your tasks. It was a little confusing at first and I did spend way too much time on one level because I didn't understand what I was supposed to do. On the levels where you have to slay the dragon (fire and ice), it doesn't say how many times you have to hit the dragon before it goes away. Or if 4x or 5x matches makes it better Still haven't figured that one out but I'll get it eventually. All in all, a fun game that is different and more challenging than some.

I set everything up expecting a good game based on other reviews but was very disappointed. I changed my screen setting to a little darker and tilted it but I could not find a white butterfly that was in the middle of a white cloud. That was only about the 3rd scene. I don't want to work that hard to find things. I had to use a hint or two on every scene because the objects were so hard to find. The mini puzzles were ok. Of course the storyline is great...its a great book. But fun...not so much. No buy for me even as a Daily Deal.
I don't recommend this game.

I didn't get very far into this game as it seemed to be more for kids. As much as others may like it, I hated that I could not turn off the narrator (and get it in print instead). It was really annoying - not so much for me as the people around me. We don't all enjoy total privacy for these games. The option of spoken or written would have been nice.
I don't recommend this game.

Just played 20 minutes of the demo but I'm sure I will be buying this, if not today, then later. I enjoyed it...an M3 game that's a little different. When it said I could buy things, I assumed more than just fireworks and guess I should have saved up a few more jewels. Next time. There is a little hidden object thrown in (fragmented). Just when I thought the board I was working on was finished, it gave me two more challenges. That was fun too. Something different to do. I'm playing untimed until I know the game a little better.
I recommend this game!

This is a great Match 3 game with a few puzzles and some "hidden objects" thrown in for good measure. And you get to build a ghost town. The games are challenging enough to hold your interest, there are things to do and all in all, it's just great fun! A definite buy for me (already done). Played the full hour of the demo and have barely started so I know it will be a good, long game.

I never get tired of these. They are challenging (items are very well hidden) Mini games in between which are quite simple if a little repetitive. One new one in the Tokyo one that I haven't seen in the previous ones. If you have a really hard time finding these well-hidden objects, this is not for you. I like the challenge.
Bought this, sight unseen because I knew it would be good and it is.

I saw that the game wasn't popular but I decided to try it anyway. No regrets! I have all the Jewel Quest games. And I got this one too but only after I tried the one hour demo. The hour went by very quickly and I was still enjoying it so I went ahead and bought it.
It's not easy. If you expect a game that doesn't challenge you, don't get this. But that's part of what I like about it. The HOG part is really great...no the items are not that easy to find (they are very well hidden) but you can. And, since that part of it is not timed, take the time to find the items. There are scenes where you need to find tools for your inventory. Again, keep looking...they are there and they do light up when your cursor passes over them.
The jewel boards are timed. But, you can "buy" extra time with your jewels. You find jewels in each scene and you find coins. Both are useful when you need them.
All I can say is...persevere! This is a great game, you just have to work a little harder.
Yes, I bought it. Because I like the challenge and like all the Jewel Quest games, it's worth it.
I recommend this game!

I actually tried this for a whole 15 minutes before I trashed it. It is boring!! You play against 3 others - all you (or computer). You decide whether or not your "opponents" buy properties so obviously, they don't. You own everything because you just do. And too much just "tossing" the dice. When you own everything, everybody else pays you rent. Wonderful. But so incredibly boring....not for me.
I don't recommend this game.

Finally, a Match 3 that I love. Haven't found one for a while and this fits the bill completely. In a way, similar to the Elements games wherein you have your usual M3 boards but with some hidden object stuff in between, finding pieces of an item and then putting all your items into their correct spots. The only change I would make is to have different types of M3 boards, not just swap (eg: chain or click 3). I demoed this game from the developers' site first and then just waited until Big Fish had it available. Didn't take long!
