Please check out my favorable review for the CE Edition. As Rick unravels this latest paranormal case, he is once again exposed to dangers that his expertise always conquers. I really like the character of Rick Rogers and always enjoy the storyline.
I thought Trials of Worth was an excellent game. The story, graphics, HOPs, puzzles, color, mechanics were all top quality as far as my tastes are concerned. The CE version is always my choice with the Paranormal Files series. But honestly, the SE should be just as entertaining if the collectibles and BC are not a big deal to you. The main game is always most important.
If you haven't ventured out with Rick before, to investigate a paranormal case, try the demo on this one. You may become a fan of this fun series. I haven't yet been disappointed with a purchase from this series. Hopefully, you will find it entertaining, too.
Happy Easter....Stay Safe
I recommend this game!

Normally I would not buy a game with so many puzzles, the leprechauns convinced me to give it a shot. I ended up buying the CE after the 90 minute trial...thoroughly enjoyed main game, have not yet begun the Bonus Chapter. It is just a cute little easy-going game, with nothing ugly or paranormal. The "evil" within the story is almost not worth mentioning. It was much more fun than I had anticipated and it felt good to play something with a lighter feel to it.
The graphics were quite good and colorful, there were lots of little green-clad men running around and creating an enjoyable time away from my usual choice of games. Nothing heavy-duty here to tax my brain. There were lots of HOPs and too many puzzles. However, the puzzles were very simple and I breezed right through them. The HOPs were simplistic, too. But all were fun. Strategy Guide was unnecessary and no hints ever needed. The collectibles and morphs really easy to spot, but provided that little extra amount of fun.
I felt "Dublin" was a lighthearted game with a dash of "adventure" for a bit of added interest. Also, the ending was pretty good, IMO. All in all, not a block-buster...but a game that the kids can safely play with or without adults. Sometimes all the other stuff, complex tasks, complicated puzzles, fancy HOP scenes don't matter to me. But plain and simple do matter to me, especially during our current health crisis. This game was a nice diversion from the stress.
Be strong, stay safe everyone!
I recommend this game!

Things were already bad enough with the previous puzzles declining in quality subject matter with each new edition. Now to top it all off, we have THIS disappointment. Why, devs, did you have to mess with the awesome animals and beautiful nature????? These pics DO NOT represent our fantastic planet or breathtaking beauty of our world, as your synopsis statement claims. More buildings, more resorts, more food, more of everything that contradicts the beauty of our earth. I have no desire to spend time assembling a bunch of unattractive manmade things. If you advertise beauty, GIVE us beauty.
For me, the gorgeous pics and the ability to save my finished puzzle, or at least view it for more than a split second, are far more important than the options/tools that are never offered.
Devs, will you ever wake up and smell the coffee???
If you love what these puzzles are supposed to represent, I cannot recommend this collection for a happy, satisfying experience. If it doesn't matter, then you will have a ball with Chronicles 7.
I don't recommend this game.

I really used to like this series a lot, but the last few installments have not been up to par, IMO. During the demo, I was bored and nothing piqued my interest enough to play past 40 minutes. It was a mediocre game, too bland for my tastes. In addition, there were too many puzzles which stops me right there, from buying a game. Also, this CE doesn't offer much in the way of extras, to justify the price tag.
The graphics were excellent, the scenes displayed an abundance of bright, beautiful colors. Very uplifting to view, during these bleak days of being shut in. The artwork was quite special and the activities were plentiful enough, the game did not slow-poke, and there were no tech issues. I just felt the game was lacking in a lot of ways.
Sometimes it doesn't take an entire demo to show me I won't be happy with a purchase. This game, I know, will appeal to other Nevertales fans, especially the puzzle-lovers. I recommend it in spite of my personal dislikes.
Keep faith, stay safe....
I recommend this game!

This game was a real stinker. Everything about it, IMO, was pretty lame. Very boring, the mystery theme may have been better as a HOPA, certainly did not make it as a Match 3. I found nothing in my 20 minutes of the demo that was even a mere glimmer of a fun werewolf mystery. The characters were dull and the spiders (as usual) were irritating! The real mystery here is...why did someone think this would be acceptable on BFG?
I don't recommend this game.

I just love Rainbow Mosaics and own them all. This newest one offers the same, fine quality as the previous editions. The pics are so adorable and full of bright colors, the many tile styles are still available, the gameplay is smooth and brimming with fun and relaxation. I appreciate all the features and power-ups which have been quite helpful to me when I'm really stuck. Everything about Rainbow Mosaics pleases me!
I enjoy the little story within the game and I don't have a problem at all with Helper. He's cute and a pleasant little side attraction that makes me smile, whether he is actually helping or not. Helper and Bunny Helper do not cause problems within the game, so I am happy to see that extra bit of cuteness each time I play. The logic-based puzzles are excellent, love the challenge, and there's a Hard and Normal Mode. The tetris-type puzzle is okay for some added fun. I also like aiming for those achievements and buying decorations in the Rainbow Mosaics games.
Thanks to the devs for a great little game, helping make my isolation a little less stressful. Stay safe, all.
I recommend this game!

Perfect timing to make my escape into my favorite vacation spot. I wish I could click my heels 3 times and magically appear in a real Pinecreek Hills, to flee from all this virus madness!! But this game will do quite nicely for this armchair traveler. The Park Rangers series has been around long enough for us to know it is a great HO game that its fans all look forward to time after time.
There are so many HO scenes, puzzles, games to provide tons of fun for the entire family. Great for the kiddies with its educational and replay value. As usual the scenes are loaded with people, critters, lovely scenery, activities going on in the background, lost items to find, trash to collect, photo opps, etc And use your earnings for shopping.
Park Rangers. for me, is so very enjoyable. I own all the games and replay them with renewed enthusiasm each time. However, I don't feel a CE version is a good idea for Park Rangers. There is so much entertainment without the scant amount of extras, plus I think the higher cost makes it a no-go for many families. I own one CE but will be waiting for the SE version of this newest release.
Other reviewers are ready and able to fill you in on all the details as usual, thus my sparse comments. I really appreciate this series for all the fun it provides and recommend it wholeheartedly! Stay safe, everyone....

I love mysteries and thrillers and sadly we have too few of them at BFG. The demo held my interest the entire time, so I bought the CE version. I like the theme and so far it seems like I made a sound purchase. The story hasn't turned boring and I was on the edge of my seat a time or two. Being about 3/4 finished, it is still entertaining and I hope the Bonus Chapter is worthwhile. Too many times the BC turns out to be a huge disappointment.
Mindframe is not a very challenging game. Even playing on the most difficult mode, I am able to progress without much struggle. A couple of times I was baffled but not for very long, so I would venture to say this game is playable for all skill levels, good fun for beginners.
There is a fair balance of games and HOPs, which I appreciate. I will absolutely no longer spend $$ on games over-laden with puzzle which leave no room for story or adventure, and for me they are tedious. The HOPs are not the best but fun, they are pretty easy, but I much prefer them over puzzles and they are all replayable. The gadget in this game is not exceptionally annoying, still don't like it. I hate gadgets but guess I just have to get over it somehow. Seems they are a permanent fixture nowadays!
The graphics are nice and sharp with no outlandish colors messing up the scenes. Not a fan of neons and weird colors. The characters are nicely rendered. Sound is good and clear and the game runs smoothly on my PC. The CE version doesn't offer a lot of collectibles etc here, but they are still enjoyable and add some extra challenge to the game, The SE version will surely provide just as much fun as the CE without these extras.
I always take my time playing any game, so I usually go far past the hours many reviewers post as game length. My time involved with Mindframe has, to this point, been pretty decent fun and I feel comfortable in recommending it. Try the demo before you decide.
I recommend this game!

Our latest trip around the world is proving to be a nice, fun game. I needed a new mosaic to brighten things up around here. This selection of countries was more interesting to me, offering once again, all the fun facts I love to learn. I love being able to choose the country I want to visit.
Having so many great features is really special because my mosaic-solving skills still need some fine-tuning. It is not so frustrating in my learning process with great tools to help me better my achievements along the way. I strive for that silly perfection in these mosaic games, to satisfy my even sillier ego that wants me to earn 3 stars every single time. It drives me nuts! lol
The undo feature is a favorite and also I love not having to start anew after a pre-set number of mistakes are made. These two features, for me, keep discouragement from creeping in sometimes and 3 stars are easier to earn, as I hone my skills. The hint system is very good, too, but I hate using hints. Just had to try it, though, in this new game, to see how it works. The two game modes are fun, I like to play them both. I'm also happy with the variety of tile shapes and, as Pennmom mentioned, the column and row highlighting is a very welcomed, much needed feature. As I move forward through the game, I hope to find lots of clever images and nice colors. So far, I am delighted with everything and the game runs smoothly on my PC.
It seems that Lazy Turtle isn't so lazy when it comes to delivering lots of relaxing fun. I'm grateful, because this has become one of my top genres, as a break from the more "serious" game styles in my ever-growing BFG collection. Maybe BF could bring us more quality mosaic games, on a more regular basis? I think that would certainly make a lot of fishies very happy!
I recommend this game!

Always a quick buy for me with absolutely no regrets. I think the scenes we build in this newest edition are so lovely. They really add a lot of extra enjoyment to the game, for me. Jewel Match offers so many extras in their CE versions that I can never pass them up. I purchase quilt-free if I have no coupon, knowing everything about the game is pure quality, and I am about to begin MANY!! pleasurable hours of solitaire. Hundreds of solitaire levels, mahjong, achievements, beautiful scenery to create, nice music, variety of card backs and fronts, gorgeous graphics and color.
I love sampling the different game modes, I like all the obstacle cards, I like that earning coins is not a slow process as in many other solitaire games so I can buy bonuses when needed. A stellar game with endless replay value.
What a treat we have here! And what great timing! Something fun and serene to help me cope with these critical days of having to deal with the restrictions upon us due to the virus, We all need prayer and a peaceful diversion from today's headlines. This game provides me with something more pleasant to think about.
I recommend this game!
