If you loved Bejewelled, you'll love this, because that's what this is, wrapped in a story. With a few minor changes only, Ricky Racccoon: The Amazon Treasure is just a rehash of an old popular game.
I found this particularly annoying: When you win any round there is no clue that you've finished, the game just stops, then a few seconds later a window pops up and shows scores. I never knew when a round was finished and was surprised when play just stopped.
Feeling Retro: go for it, otherwise, don't bother with this one.
The legendary hero Hercules and his wife Megara are back, ready to embark on their next adventure! Restore the world's beauty and save Mother Nature from destruction!
I played a few TM games in the past, the ones where after 10 or 20 levels some evil God throws you a firestorm or hurricane and wrecks everything you worked for. What's the point.
12 Labours of Hercules levels are stand alone and offer different challenges, fun to play and discover. The flying pigs make me laugh, but I don't know the purpose - overthinking I guess.
Smooth play and nice clean graphics made it easy to play. I was surprised when I got to the end in a few days, but shows how much I enjoyed it. I think I will try another in the series.
I loved this game, not overly challenging but enough to keep you thinking. The map is very handy and most of the time hints are pretty good at pointing out what to do.
I love the collection of the signs and the morphing objects. Some are tough to find, but don't despair. After you complete the Bonus chapters you can review each area and find them. Nice to have an extra challenge built in to the game.
I have been playing HOG for several years and am really happy to see how game development had progressed. Try a game that is 5 years or older and you'll see the change. Easier on the older eyes and the games fit nicely in a large monitor without distortion.
I loved this game from the start with challenging puzzles and levels. Then I got to Level 45. From then the levels are almost impossible to beat and just get plain ridiculous in challenge.
I love a challenge, or I wouldn't play games, but to have to repeat levels again and again gets tired very quickly. I no longer want to play a game I once could not get enough of.
