There is something wrong with this game. I don't know if it is a performance issue are a graphics issue but there is something wrong in the coding. This game really needs to be tested by the developer. Pointer jumps all over. Graphics skips frames. Slow response.
Not fun. Terrible puzzles. And the graphics are not all that great. Why can't they start making high resolution graphics. This game could have been made in the 1990's.
The demo seemed promising, but what a mistake. This game is not challenging at all. A majority of the puzzles are ridiculously simple and the same old thing. I found the story awfully boring. And the cut scenes, oh my gosh, there were so many, one after every puzzle and a few between those. So annoying! I just started skipping them because there are so many. Don’t be suckered in by the demo. This game is not worth your money.
Review is based on the demo; Beautiful game, but unfortunately that is all it has to offer. Frankly, the game is boring and the puzzles are ridiculously simple. I recommend this game for ages 8 through 13.

I’m giving Cursed Five stars for two reasons; First – to draw attention to it and to counteract the negative reviews that I have seen which I believe were hastily submitted without significant game play. And second, because I see something really exciting in this game that I would like others to recognize as well.
In the first few minutes of playing this game I began to notice the quirks, if you will. The inconsistencies with which I believe influenced most of the negative reviews. There were a few glitches with the mechanics and how the scenes transitioned, a couple of programing “hick-ups” here and there. But after a while I notice something else; I noticed that this game was trying to be something NEW and something other than the usual game play. It was actually very refreshing to play in this new type of environment as it was presented. And, although not perfect, it is new.
Aside from the negatives, here’s what I found: Absolutely beautifully crafted scenes. The HOG’s were extremely detailed and realistic. The cut scenes were very fun to watch and the animations were spot-on! Another very important aspect that makes this game stand out is the “smartness” that went into the puzzles and the logic behind the story. There are so many games today that are ridiculously absurd, thrown together with no thought at all, just to make a buck. I just have to stop playing them because they are either stupid or make no sense at all. On the contrary this game made perfect sense at every point and you can actually see the efforts of the team who put it all together.
To the team at Jet Dogs Studios, please do not listen to the negatives coming from these reviews. You are doing the right things and are on the right path. Just keep at it and I anxiously look forward to your next game.
I do have one negative though, I enjoyed the game so much, I had wished it was longer.
I found the story to be lack luster, but what was really disappointing was the puzzles – poor execution of the same old puzzles we’ve seen hundreds of times. This game looks like it was thrown together just to make something to sell. Also, there is a considerable lack of logic to the game play. I love Big Fish, but I didn’t care for this one.
