I liked it, but I didn't love it. I got tired of the theater and the ghosts, but I enjoyed it more during the later part when you got to go outside. I expected some dance sequence since ballet is so beautiful, and there was none. But it was a well done game.
This is a very high quality game. It has great graphics, good storyline, inventive puzzles and hidden objects, nice sound, a cute little animal helper, and a very good length. I highly recommend it. :)
I remember a solitaire game like this mahjong game, where you go to different hotel rooms, maybe it is by the same company. It looked similar. Anyway, I find it a lot of fun. :)
I loved this snowy mystery demo so much that I am buying it. I don't need it. I have many games I haven't played yet. But I found this game very intriguing and enjoyable. Others have explained what the game is about, so I won't rehash. I will say that I, for one, do not like to struggle with very hard puzzles, and these aren't overly hard. If I find mini-games too tedious, I skip them anyway. And I particularly like games with rain or snow in them. :) Based on the demo, I recommend this game.
I really enjoyed the Awakening series, but having just finished this last one, I just was not crazy about it. I found myself waiting for it to be over. I found it and the minigames to be rather tedious. I didn't need the strategy guide in the main game, but in the bonus game, every time I asked for a hint, I was sent the same place, so I tried to use the strategy guide and couldn't find how to go to the next page from the first one (in bonus content strategy), so I went to the game forum and finally found it. I wish they had made it a little more obvious. I will give it 4 stars, because it was made well, but I wasn't crazy about it.
Mortimer's homebound journey continues in Mortimer Beckett and the Lost King, the thrilling new chapter from the much beloved and award-winning hidden object series!
