It is good to see something more original than the usual types of games, and this one is different. I really like how you can open cabinets and move items, too. And this game has a sense of humor seldom found in a vampire game. Some of the mini games were tedious but you could skip them if you liked. I enjoyed this game.
I love match three games, but I did not enjoy this game. The game boards don't change much, and there is mininal instruction. Nothing different or exciting, very repetitive. You have to figure out how to do things for yourself.
It is not a bad game. The objects weren't too hard to find, but there were sooo many levels. There are 20 missions and 6-7 levels in each, plus they use the same objects and scenes and puzzles over and over till you are really tired of it. I did the same jigsaw puzzles over and over. One nice feature is that you can unlock a secret mode after a while where you can go to each scene and find all the hidden objects that are there, usually like 70-85 or so objects. It's just that by the time you finish the game, you don't want to go back there and find them all.....again. lol
At first glance, this seems to be an easy type of game for younger gamers, you dress your hero with money he makes, do chores for people, and marry the princess. But the problem is that I didn't enjoy it simply because I had to click, click, click anywhere to find the items. Most of them were practically invisible. Not enjoyable for that reason.
A plus was that you could just click on a building to go there instantly instead of having to find your way around.
I finished this game, but I was really bored and couldn't wait for it to end. Piles of items to find, over and over, and some you couldn't really see. All kinds of tedious puzzles, and things to do before you could even question a suspect. I expected some animal interaction because of the title, but there was none. The graphics and sound were ok. There are just a lot more interesting games out there.
This game is in serious need of an overhaul. In the first place, it needs a decent tutorial so that you know what you are doing. Who wants to spend an hour trying to figure it out? In the second place, the controls seem to work clumsily. Nice idea for a game, and it could have been a good one, if it was done right.
