I love the beautiful colors of the the tiles making these mosaics. They're about medium difficulty, about 6-10 minutes each. Perfect to jump in a kill a few minutes. The best part, all the options. There's a brightness adjuster above every mosaic. Love that! There's a story and mini-games and all the great stuff Suricate always brings, and the options to turn it off or avoid it. So many options for tile sets and game modes. Actual underwater photography. I just come for the mosaics and I still got my money's worth. Plus this has the best ambient backround sound Suricate ever gave us. So calming.
Talk about addicting and challenging. I've played griddler-mosaics from all the different Devs and this is the only one I keep coming back to for years now. There's an option to 'disable backround images'. Best thing ever! That plain black and gray board lets you concentrate on the puzzle instead of fighting busy backround images or dots. You're basically creating abstract images that represent the artists image so I don't mind playing the same boards over and over, trying to get to the developers time. Which I did on 12 outta 200 levels. After years of trying. Miss them by seconds, arghh. You can choose green tiles or variety colors. I like the green tiles. With the dark backround it makes everything easy to count. The artwork is pretty cute and funny too. Unfortunately all the other Gizmos, except Jungle Adventures, were buggy with my Windows 10 or I would have bought them all. Hope there's more Gizmos to come with the options for plain backrounds. It's been a long while.
The collection of photos makes this game. You get a lot for your money here. So many puzzle types to choose from to fit any mood. It's fast and easy to switch options and puzzles and their settings. Imagine one click to exit. One click to decide if you want a fast and easy puzzle or a longer tougher one. I love the Geography section, learning the flags of countries and more. Zombie Attack and Spot It are my favorites but its the photos that keep me coming back. Gorgeous!
Non-stop replay value having 3 games in one. It's puzzle heaven. Played consistently for years and keep coming back. So much variety. Something unique about the Chain Levels, when you get the hexagonal tiles you can do some really creative chain making. The board refills from the direction you started your chain so its harder to plan ahead but you can do it. In Group Levels, all potential matches jiggle under the cursor, its nice. If you can nail a big group in any of the 3 game types, the explosions will give you blow back. When you get lucky you're rewarded with whoppers. FUN. I live for the 'splosions. Never the same layouts. When you lose a level you get a different set of tiles next time around. You cant get bored. Some are really challenging if you play Timed. If you don't use your powerups they get sent to the next level with you. When you're really clickin away at lightening speed you set off a scale of music notes that let you know you're on Combo fire. I'm not into building the "town" but you gotta give it to the developers. They made beautiful graphics, on the cute side, with nice calming colors and scenery. It's night time after all. So calm.
