Yes, the graphics is cartoonish but it looks good and different from what I've seen so far. I recommend not to skip the tutorial, for you may really miss the essence and lose your demo time in vain. It seemed boring at the beginning, but after searching through Rose's house you really get involved into the story. Then I just couldn't stop until the end of the trial hour.
I am going to buy the full version and I am glad that I completed the demo.
