Played the demo & bought it because I wanted to keep playing- always a good sign!
Responding some of the other reviews, I have not had any issues with not being able to see what needs to be done or see the items on the screen- but I have a fairly large monitor. I could see how this would be harder to play on a laptop or tablet.
It definitely involves some trial & error in the early play but I found that by the 7th or 8th level I understood where to get resources & what to do- eager to see how much changes as the game goes on. I so wish the "power ups" recharged more quickly, but that's because I love a power-up. The levels (at least so far) have not been difficult to complete in time- I also assume that will change as I get further along in the game.
Overall, a nice addition to the TM/resource management genre.

I enjoy this series, but...

I have always enjoyed the Northern Tales series & this one is no exception- plays the same as all the others with one exception. There are weird "hidden objects" that have no explanation & don't actually seem to be hidden objects at all. Rather, it's more like "click on a random rock or tree or imaginary spot in the water & you'll get a rainbow." So, so random & weird. So, I won't waste my time hunting for those, but the game play is fun without that. Perhaps if there were more explanation (for example, in previous versions I seem to recall we had to find a shield, or a deer...). Anyway- fun game, weird hidden objects.
I recommend this game!

I had some credits that are about to expire so based on other reviews I decided to just go for it. BIG mistake- I hate the pacing, and the inability to exit as needed. The first few levels are so tedious I have no interest in continuing further (though I am confident it would get more complex as it moved forward). Sadly, I'm unimpressed.

I played this on another platform & it's a typical Delicious-style Gamehouse game. I enjoyed the storyline of this game more than most which is why I ended up frustrated with it in the end- clearly there will be sequels because this storyline does not answer any of the questions it proposes. Literally, none of them- why are there two girls who could be twins, who have the same last name but are seemingly unrelated? What do all the letters reveal? What is the big town secret? Where is the gold? What's the deal with the sheriff? Bottom line, the game is fun but if you get interested in or are playing because of the story be prepared for disappointment.

I like all the previous Rescue Team games, but this one is more cartoony & there's almost too much going on. It's easy enough to play if you've played the others, but I find the overload of graphics to be distracting and it's less clear how to achieve some of the goals (rescuing archaeologists when you don't know where they are, for instance. You just kind of stumble onto the answer). So, I find it requires much less planning than previous versions- not sure I'll bother with the full game.
I don't recommend this game.

I really love the Clutter games but if you're new to them, this is not the game for you. Even being an experienced player I find some rounds confusing because there are no instructions. And, when you run out of time in a round you get three options but I don't know what they mean.
So, if you're used to Clutter & Puzzles by Joe you'll like it a lot, but newbies should download an earlier game.
I recommend this game!

I really like this game- it's challenging but not so hard you can't do it. I also like that unlike some other games, I don't always get gold on the first try so I have to figure out the level & replay it- making the game longer for me (but not impossible)
Excellent job.
Regarding the ghosts- they are pests, but not impossible. I really like the strategy behind this game.
I recommend this game!

I guess I'm in the minority, but I found this to be a strange addition to the Weather Lord series (actually, I wouldn't really consider it a sequel at all).
I liked the original Weather Lord & find this one to be confusing & unoriginal. There are plenty of builder games (Northern Tale, Great Wall of China, Kingdom Chronicles, etc...)- & I like that type of game, but I liked the originality of the original Weather Lord game & this one is too odd for me. I played the hour trial & have no desire to continue. But, I'm always happy to see something that isn't an HOG, so I'm glad there's something else as an option & very glad that others are enjoying it.
I just wish it were a true sequel & not a complete reimagining of the series.
