This has to be the creepiest game Ive played on Big Fish. Truly remarkable! I loved the graphics and the music was AWESOME! I could sit and listen to the music all day while reading a nice book. I loved the extra features in the Collectors Edition, there were tons of special stuff!! I cant wait for part 2!! I missed a couple of figurines that you collect in the game, they can be hard to spot. This was deff for adults, there was a bloody hand in a drawer, it looked so real. I felt like I was watching a movie like "The Ring" or "The Grudge" ....If you never buy a game from Bigfish, you MUST get this one!! I can tell the makers worked VERY hard on this. This is better than "Dire Grove" by a long shot!!!!
I recommend this game!

Everything about this game: Sound, music, characters, voice-overs, acting, mouth matches with words, hog scenes, graphics, extras for CE, ect is a 5 star. This game is RICH on all levels. Beautiful beyond words. These guys put a ton into this game. Deff buy the CE!! The story line reminded me a bit of The Phantom of the Opera, BUT it is still unique in a million ways. The graphics and scenes are so detailed and beautiful I felt I was being pulled through the monitor and into the scene. I couldn't get enough. Great job EIPIX!! This is the best you guys have done yet, you just keep getting better and better. This was SUPERB!

I loved this game. It was beautifully done. I loved all three cases, which is how this game is broken up into. Three books, three different game plays. Graphics were awesome, I loved the night scenes, the Autumn scenes, the scenes in Ireland, the snow, the people. Loved the voiceovers, the music. I loved finding the typewriter keys in each hidden object scene which helped to spell out the words of objects you were to find. All of the rooms, the roads, the locations were just gorgeous. I loved everything about this game, and I hope in the future they will consider another one just like this but even longer. I didnt think this game was that short, I felt it lasted as long as any other game. This is a must buy especially for older people, who were alive and enjoyed when the show was at its peak. OR anyone really would love this. I give it 5 stars just for its beauty and the way it was put together!

I loved that this had so much cinema and video to watch in this game. Ive seen so many negative reviews, but Ive played this game completely through and found it was EPIC, close to Dire Grove and 13th Skull, MCF games are always on my favorites list. This game was creepy, challenging, long, beautiful, fulfilling on all levels of game play. I will play this again next year. The only negative I had is that there is NO bonus gameplay in the sense that most CE games have this after you complete the main game. It is loaded with lots of bonus stuff but not in gameplay. I wanted an extra chapter which is why I buy CE games especially MCF games. I am surprised they did not include it. Either way, I am still satisfied with this wonderful and creative game. No one would be disappointed in this thing. I hate seeing it have 3 stars, It deserves 5. Loved the acting, love that they use real actors. I was immersed in this, as was my daughter. Buy this, it is worth it, as all MCF games are.
I recommend this game!
Life imitates art with deadly results in this thrilling whodunit!

I liked the game, I gave it 4 stars, only because I felt I was losing interest as I went along. Music was boring, was the same droning sound, except when you entered an HOG or puzzle. I enjoyed collecting the teapots and fingerprints, the achievements were set up great and pretty easy to obtain, I actually got them all. The cut scenes were very well done and the voice overs were great. The story line was unique and I liked it very much. The only negatives were the music and me losing interest, I suppose it got boring though I cant really say why.
The Collectors Edition did not disappoint. The Bonus game was longer than bonus games usually are. You continue to collect tea pots and fingerprints on into the bonus. Had excellent guide to allow you to make sure you are on the right track in collecting things so that you can get your achievements.
Deff worth the collectors edition for the bonus gameplay, wallpapers, achievements, dossiers and so forth. Give it a try.

This is an awesome game, beginning to end, including the Bonus game, which unfortunately was a bit short but didn't disappoint. Wallpapers were beautiful as well as music, you can save all of them to your hard drive. The Achievements were exactly the way I like them and unique in how they put them together. You can look for Ethereal butterfly's as well as Illusive objects which can be hard to spot. This game will enthrall you the whole time. Voice overs were SUPERB and the graphics phenomenal. Cut scenes can be watched again if you would like and they were totally great. There will be another sequel and I look very much forward to that! Collectors Edition way worth the price! 5 stars on everything with this game!

I give this game 4 stars. Sometimes I love to go old school a bit. This game rocks as far as I am concerned! It reminds me a bit of the game here on Bigfish called "Whispers:Revelation". I loved that game, not sure if the same creators did that one. I love this game and you should really try it out, the graphics are great, nice clean and clear hidden object scenes. You can choose Hard with no tutorial and slow hint. It may not have bells and whistles but it is deff great regardless. Give it a shot, its worth it!
I recommend this game!
Everyone deserves a second chance – even the stingiest of them all.

As soon as I got up and saw this on the site which just came out today, I immediately bought it! I played Christmas Stories-The Nutcracker, bought the Collectors Edition and I loved it, it remains one of my fav games ever! I knew the perfection in that last game and I know Elephant games bring nothing but the best...ALWAYS! This is the first time Ive EVER bought a game straight out without playing the demo or waiting for a sale from Bigfish! Elephant Games to you: Id like to make a toast.....You impressed most of us enough that just seeing the title and knowing its from you, makes us act nutty like someone standing outside of best buy waiting on the new XBOX or Playstation. I take my Hidden Object gaming seriously and so do you guys and that rocks! Keep up the superb work, and in the future I am sure Ill be buying your games without a demo for good! No matter the price. Bravo 5 stars!

I was highly impressed with this. I bought the Collectors Edition, played it all through and am left wanting more games like this! This is the best game I have ever played in the hidden object genre! The real actors and actresses throughout the whole game, the ability to talk to them any time. They were superb and some actors were hilarious! I got everything Ive ever wanted in a game in this one! Collector cards to find, lots of wallpapers. The game play was superior, graphics perfect. I have not one negative thing to say about this game. I felt like I was actually there, the actor would hold out their hand for you to give them an object at times and it just really pulled you into their reality. I can only hope that there will be more game makers who will step up to the plate and deliver something like this in the future. I would buy them all in a heartbeat. Bravo makers of the MCF!!!!! This will always be my fav game. You have got to buy this one, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

At first, lets say the first 2 months of playing this, it is awesome! Addictive, but not one that keeps you playing constantly. You will have to stop playing and come back the next day for more energy for more missions. I do love this game, but after the first 2 months, it gets to where your kind of stuck. No collections to put together, no special items getting thrown out, it gets a bit monotonous killing 20 bats or banishing 30 ghosts or collecting 6 sets of the same item, like the werewolf collection, I have been stuck on some missions for weeks now. I feel there should be more active missions instead of so many banishings and collections. Ill never get the Dachshund dog for the dog collection. Ill never get the special key on the key collection. Sometimes they just want us to pay and buy more diamonds so we can just buy out the collections instead. Anyway, I do recommend this but you need some patience later on. I still give it 5 stars.
