This series is one of my fav ever on Bigfish. They put a lot of developers to shame with their gorgeous, real-to-life scenery and graphics in this. You can get caught up in the scenes and never want to leave. This one takes place in New Orleans and BOY does it bleed Cajun. From the city streets to the swamps, you'll feel like you've really been to New Orleans.
The jazz, the music just set everything off beautifully. I love the story line. I am so sick of princess and far away kingdoms, I love real life places and characters. Things that could really happen. The voice overs are perfect and captured the crescent city lingo.
This game and any of the Cadenza games are very worth buying, especially the collectors editions. There are so many scenes and no back and forth. Youll play a hidden object scene ONCE, there is no do overs. These guys are NOT cheesy, they make a hidden object game the way one is suppose to be made. Highly recommended!
Every year I specifically hit the Bigfish games site just to see if any of these have been released. Any in the Vacation Adventures, the Cruise Director or the seasonal ones all made by the same developers.
All of the series are my fav of all games on the market. I bought this without playing the demo, I am ALWAYS satisfied and so happy with them.
This part 4 was longer than any of the previous. The night scenes took my flippin' breath away and I just had to take a step back and just take it all in. This one is my fav of all in the Vacation Adventure series.
Excellent job to the artwork guys! The scenes were just gorgeous! I love that you use real people instead of CG, however I know the Rangers usually are CG. Who cares, I love everything about these games.
I enjoyed buying the gifts in the gift center, I always get them all,. I missed a couple of achievements and one of which was beating the game in 3 hours, no way... I had to enjoy each scene thoroughly, Im never in a hurry with these as I know Ill have to wait another year before I get to play a new one. So, Ill never get that achievement.
This one had some Indian Reservation scenes along with Indian music and that was phenomenal as well as the night scenes with the fireside and the ranger in his look out station. I am giving you guys a standing ovation, I highly anticipate these every year and I look so forward to part 5 next year! You guys ROCK the house! GREAT JOB!!!
This game has some beautiful scenes and I just wanted to teleport into the screen on some of them. I really enjoyed the artwork on everything within the game. The puzzles and HOS were really fun and quiet challenging in some cases. I loved the voice-overs though there were a few mistakes, but I loved the characters that you would speak to in certain areas throughout. The storyline is very silly BUT I suppose it could happen in some alternate reality. The one thing and only thing that really rode my nerves was having the same hidden object scene show up having to be searched 3 times. The same scene. That is old school and very annoying. It is lazy on the developers part. Its 2016, come on guys you can design a small scene with new objects that we can search for. I highly recommend this game however, it is a great edition to my HOG collection!
I was amazed at how long this game was! I really enjoyed everything about it. Really cool rooms, the scenery, the puzzles, voice-overs, puzzles, mini games, this is deff a great game to buy!
I love this series, for its graphics and music. I was disappointed in this one. The graphics were not as crisp as they are in other games. Whats going on? The colors are softer, more faded. Not happy with that. This is the biggest thing that separated the games from others. It was top dog in the Bigfish gaming world, with graphics, but not in this one.
Other than that, I loved the jazzy music, the great scenes, the mini games and HOS. Always a pleasure and the challenge was just right. Not too easy and not too hard.
This one however I will not be buying the Collectors edition, it isn't worth it. I like when they make a special room in EXTRAS, where you find things throughout the game, or you can pay to decorate a room, also achievements can be items you collect, but no its all standard and boring in this one. The only good thing about the CE here is the wallpapers and the screen savers. Ill go with the standard, its deff worth that!
In this ghostly continuation of the Fear for Sale series, you've discovered a luxury ocean liner bears an eerie resemblance to a ship that vanished years ago.
I am so glad to play a game that doesn't have queens, princess, land of enchantments.. yadda, yadda. I really loved the storyline in this game.
Ships are going missing, people disappear all transported somewhere, but where? Its up to us to figure out where they are and if they can be brought back.
I loved the graphics and many of the scenes. The mini games were fun and the HOS were more than just search and find. You had to do more in each scene to get the item you were after. I LOVED the voice-overs and I say great job to the developers on that. I really liked the music as well! This is a 4 star game. I give 5 stars when they use real characters in a game with mouths moving.
Professor Ashmore, the same man who so kindly took you in and raised you as his own has been murdered. It’s up to you to find out why, but are you prepared for what truths may be uncovered?
I was so surprised about how this game was sold as a standard but is a collectors edition. You get everything such as the bonus game, wallpapers, music, extras, collect special items ect..
I liked the game, I wouldn't call it anywhere near my fav, but it offered me plenty of hours of game play. Its a pretty long game too. I liked that the HOS had morphs in them to find as a part of the requirements in finishing the particular scene. That was fun. The mini games were good, though we have all been there done that with them.
The bonus game was very short and a little odd but still I liked the game. Would I buy it again? No. Id pick something else.
You will be transported to Italy. The scenes, the buildings and the water and gondola, everything about this game, rocks. I had to use a walk through with this one, but it suits me. I beat it! This can be a tough one but if you want to feel like you have traveled to Ye Old Venice, play this one!
I love these games! I wish there were tons of games like this, where you could travel all over the world or even to a certain country on each game and tour the country or the world in this way, through gaming.
This game here was fantastic. You really got a good look at several countries all around the globe. I was so surprised at how long the game is too. Usually these are short but this one rocked! I know I played for hours and hours.
Gorgeous scenery, the people, the food, the items. I love collecting the rubbish in each scene and the special items too. The mini games are always fun and you actually learn a lot along the way too.
Please developers give us more of these. I love the Vacation Adventures and the holiday themed ones as well. I hope you guys would think to perhaps make more games where we would tour a specific country. Like a vacation adventure or cruise all about Sweden only or Russia, Paris, the Arctic, the USA, South America, Africa, England, Ireland just any of them. A whole series of games like that. VERY WELL DONE, 5 stars!
I liked the scenes and the graphics were pretty good. BUT this is one hard game. The hint system is terrible, it doesnt tell you where to go if you get stuck. I had to consult with a guide in order to beat this game. I got so frustrated at parts. You really have to pay attention to what you have in inventory and where you need to go. I dont like this game.
