I've liked most of the Nevertales series IIRC, but I think this one is my favorite! Beautiful graphics, good voiceovers, a decent length, and a well fleshed out story! The downside was a few of the mini games were overly finicky with the clicking, but I still had fun. 100% recommend this game even if you never play another one in the series.
I recommend this game!

The best part was that these devs actually gave somewhat of an ending to the SE rather than an abrupt cut off. Some of the mini games were newish. Some were run of the mill. I enjoyed this one more than the Illusions, for sure! Especially the suuuper disjointed nonsense with Isa. :-/
I recommend this game!

I've been playing through all of the Spirits of Mystery games and kind of wish I had skipped this one. There were numerous mistakes in the text, the story line was random and disjointed, and the mini games were super tedious. I couldn't wait for it to be over. :(
I don't recommend this game.

I really enjoyed this one and was bummed to see it is a stand-alone game so far! I'd be happy to see more in this series.

I have played all of the Grim Facade games, and this is the worst of the bunch, by far. Most of the mini games were super clunky and/or finicky, the story line was not fleshed out at all, and the ending??! Super, duper cheap and abrupt. One of the things I enjoyed most about the other GF games was that the SEs felt complete and offered a good amount of gameplay. Not so with Sinister Obsessions. I am really, really glad I got this one on sale.
I don't recommend this game.

Hidden Sins is my favorite of the Grim Facade games. Love the art style and the story line!
