This is definitely a 'kids-timed' game. You get 60 mins to play the game and here is what you get:
GAME MODE: Adventure: The time starts out with you having to find 1 item/75 secs, 2 items/75 secs, and so on and so on. If you can't find the correct item, the time starts to count down. The closer you get to the 75 seconds, the more you start to hear a piercing alarm sounding off in your ears, unless you were smart enough to turn it off in settings. (Considering that the icons at the beginning of this game don't have titles above them, then you might have some trouble deciding what icon is what). Free mode: self-explanatory; and 2-player mode.
I do have to share one thing: I was supposed to find a 'music symbol' and unless I am really stupid (which I am not.,., just saying), I couldn't find it, so I am not quite sure what kind of music symbol they were actually looking for.
I don't recommend this game unless you have some small children at home, and it still might not be good enough for your little ones.

The colors are sometimes drab-looking and not very clear. The music is OK. In between the scenes are various games to play.

I almost gave up on this game, because I much prefer easy-going games where I don't have to think, to games where I have to really think in order to get a result. But I received some good advice from a fellow BF player and decided to give it another try. And I am glad that I did! I absolutely LOVE this game. For anyone who loves adventure games, along with needing to use the old brain cells, this game is for you.
It's been quite a while since BF has anything worth buying, much less playing, so I immediately bought this game after only playing the demo for a short time. And I am glad that I did.
I recommend this game!

I've waited for this game to come out, and I just purchased it without the BOGO free.
I found the articles very hard to find without the game offering a magnifying glass. It would be very helpful if the game offered one. When I can't find all of the articles, I used my hint button but then replayed the page over to get my bonus of 100 points.
All in all, it was well worth the wait.
I recommend this game!

This game is geared towards, I would say, older children/young adults because some of the hidden objects were difficult to find. The 'HINT" button was my friend throughout the 30 mins that I played the game, and I kept wondering when the list for the items to find was neverending.
The music was somewhat irritating, and I seldom have the music set where I can hear it in playing games because I find it irritating. The graphics were good, colors had a variety of palettes that fit the game perfectly.
All in all, not a bad hidden object story to play, because I find it nearly impossible for me to find a decent game that Big Fish has to offer me that I would even consider wanting to play.
I recommend this game!

I initially played the demo for about an hour and did NOT like the game. The graphics were poorly done, the colors were not clear and bright like Christmas stories should be. And I did not care for the game in general. However, a day went by, I gave it another try, and changed my mind. I do like it. It's not one of my favorite Christmas stories, however, but I would recommend at least complete the demo before you make your decision.
I recommend this game!
Experience an original coming-of-age story in a magical realm!

After playing the 60 min demo:
I think this is going to be a definite buy for me, but not until the PC game comes out. I don't see how this game is considered a CE game as it does not offer anything that a CE game offers.
This is a fun adventure into the world of Anna and her cat. The graphics are beautiful and the gameplay isn't as easy as one would expect. You are given five free blue hints (that take some time to collect), and then Anna gives you either a clue that is in the same room that she is in, or she gives you directions on what area to go to for the item needed.
If you have free time, I would recommend giving this game a try as it is a nice game to occupy one's self. This game takes some getting used to and it seems to be a slow game. If you have need of a walkthrough, they are out there. Here is the full walkthrough that I found on Youtube. It appears as if the game last around 3 hours or so.

This is my review, after playing 60 mins of the demo. This game deserves at least a 3. It has a decent storyline that keeps the story going as you play. The mini-games are not hard and are kind of fun. The colors are kind of drab throughout, and I much prefer a game with bright colors.
All in all, give the game a chance. You might like it.
I recommend this game!

This is a game rather set for the young adult, and not for little kids. I think it's rather too detailed to be suitable for little kids, as the items involved to search for are rather hard, IMO. If not for the HINT button, I'd be rather lost, as I had trouble finding most of the items.
The game is cute, and the storyline is good enough to attract even older (young minds, lol) players who still like to play fun-filled games, and feel young again.
I recommend this game!

After playing 15 minutes of the demo:
I don't know if this game is 'supposed' to be as dull looking as it is, but there is very little color throughout the game. The colors are drab and in my opinion, when I try and play a game that has very little color, it makes me want to quit the game and not finish it. There's also a lot of back and forth that adds tediousness that I don't favor.
All in all, it's not a bad game. The storyline is OK. I just much prefer a little color thrown in to make it more exciting and worth playing.
I recommend this game!
