This was an enveloping experience with a background of spectacular brooding music and nearly operatic chapter segments all narrated by a watchman with a cockneyed smart-a** sense of humor! The HOS were about the most difficult I have seen since the first Ravenhurst game and in addition it keeps track by scoring your moves (and cheats).
I played the SE but would highly recommend the CE version. As other reviewers have expressed--- give us more! I will be playing this one over and over!
This game is the most sophisticated yet. The story was amazing, I actually felt tension. The puzzles were very difficult I feel and surpassed my humble brain several times---yes I used the Skip button! This one is right up there with Smithsonian and the Ravenhurst series. Well worth your time to play this one!
I started with the Maple Creek was an instant convert and then on to Mists of Ravenwood and was thrilled, excited with the story line and game play. It was perfect. So, I was really anxious to be blown away with the latest installment of solving what miseries the "Preacher" had in store. The introduction was about the best I have ever seen. Amazingly creative! I thought "Oh boy... this is gonna be great! And then..........BLAH! Story was thin, a little uninteresting and I found myself wanting it all to be over. Even the extra bonus game could not put this one out of the mud. Really disappointed as it had great potential.
I don't recommend this game.

Enigmatis: The Mists of Ravenwood
Enter Ravenwood Park and discover the secrets hidden in the mists...
Having completed the Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek thinking what a mesmerizing game. It was spooky, tense and had very difficult HO's. But, now finishing Enigmatis: MIsts of Ravenwood I am thinking this rivals The Ravenhurst Series! (Sorry Eipix) The story line is grand, the map is now easily accessible and the inventory can be locked in place. This story is by far one one the most involving. What a game!!
I recommend this game!

Fear for Sale: Endless Voyage
In this ghostly continuation of the Fear for Sale series, you've discovered a luxury ocean liner bears an eerie resemblance to a ship that vanished years ago.
The Fear for Sale series has just come up a notch or two, maybe even three!! The Endless Voyage episode had not only a great story but super-enjoyable puzzles and HO's. Many games have made their puzzles so obtuse that I usually skip them after frustrating time sadly spent. Not here! Also the Hidden Object play was well more than just finding items, some included many steps. All in all...WELL DONE
I recommend this game!

Haunted Hotel: Charles Dexter Ward
Enter the abandoned hotel and find your missing twin!
An older Haunted Hotel story based on a tale from the master, HP Lovecraft that thrilled me from the intro all the way through to the surprise ending. The combination of fabulous music and live photography totally made this one a winner and made up for the lack of a journal or map, which certainly would have made moving around a little slicker. All in all... grateful I found this one!
Well, Eipix, you continue to amaze me and I am fairly hard to impress! The mix of an involving story line and some of the best Hidden Objects yields some really fine immersive play time! All the elements are there - graphics, good music just the right amount of creepiness and over the top for us "Morphing" addicts.
Thank you Eipix for a great game. This is by far the best of 2015! I am a fan of the Ravenhurst series but I was totally taken with #4. Mysterious and creepy storyline, excellent graphics and the puzzles were just difficult enough. Now if I can keep in from ending!!
As a lover of Hidden Expedition anything I was truly excited to see a new title available. Though it is hard to beat the Smithsonian storyline, I was actually waiting for the "WOW." Sadly it never came... the HO's were fair, puzzles ok. It is just not their best work. Waiting for the next one!
I don't recommend this game.

Paranormal Crime Investigations: Brotherhood of the Crescent Snake Collector's Edition
Use your Paranormal Crime Investigation skills to solve a string of bizarre murders plaguing the city of New Orleans!
Certainly not on par with other games in the genre. Kind of cheap. Unique creation of potion puzzles were the only aspects I appreciated. Glad when it was over.
