Primrose Lake reminds me of the old Delicious games...full of charm, fun, and interesting plot. What a breath of fresh air since I have been disappointed in the newer Delicious games, which I feel have lost their charm. Right off the bat, Primrose Lake reminded me of how much fun these games can be. I just finished the whole game and I want to replay every level again!! Can't wait for the next installment.

Memoirs of Murder is an old school feel murder mystery game. Thankfully, not too many HO scenes. I don't like it when games are full of them. I love hunting for objects and have no issue with going back to scenes. Reminds me of old school adventure games, which I wish more companies would make. I get sick of the royal, fairy tale, witches games, so I'm thrilled to play a murder mystery. This game may not be the best game ever, but it is entertaining and a fun game to play for those who are tired of the same old, same old that Big Fish tends to dish out.
I recommend this game!

I simply cannot get enough of these games. The Delicious series is one of my favorites and the other games from this company are just as delightful. As other reviewers have said, the story is based on the tv series. I religiously watched the series growing up, so I was excited to buy this game. It is in the same style and just as fun as the Delicious games.
I'm not sure why some reviewers are complaining about the music and laugh track. The music is like the tv series, which seems natural to do if you are basing a game on a show. The laugh track is a bit silly, but the tv show had a laugh track, so I get the humor as to why the creators included it. I find myself chuckling when I hear the laugh track. Perhaps my sense of humor is similar to the creators. Honestly, if you don't like either, turn down the volume. I'm just saying it didn't bother me and I cannot be the only one who found it funny.
Overall, the game is fun and the storyline is interesting! I look forward to playing games from this series/creator. I like that it is based on an older tv series. If the creators read our reviews, I would LOVE to see a future game based on the Bewitched series, if possible. Just saying...
It's about time Big Fish gives us a game that doesn't involve a bazillion hidden object scenes. I'm sick of playing HOs and sick of witches, fantasy, and period themed games. I have been waiting for a more modern detective/murder mystery game, and it finally happened!
I won't go into the plot since other players already have. The gameplay is a little old school, but good. The acting isn't the greatest, but it is not annoying. The storyline is interesting and I am thoroughly enjoying the search for items that I need to advance in the game. There are quite a few mini games where most are pretty easy, but a few are a little challenging.
Those who love the old school classic adventure games will appreciate this game. It may not be an award winning game, but it sure beats all the uninteresting games that I have to weed through here on Big Fish. I am thrilled that Big Fish offers games like this, but wish it would happen more often.
First of all, I have to say that my favorite types of games are the classic adventure games, which Facility 47 definitely falls under "my kind of game". There are no hidden object scenes (yay!). It's not that I don't like hidden object games, it's just that a lot of them tend to be the same old, same old. This game has a unique plot, and the search for items and the actions you take to advance in the game are not only relevant, but also make sense. I will not go into the storyline, which is intriguing and captivating, but I will say that the gameplay is clever, but not too hard. I did have to use the hint button a few times only because I had left the game and then forgot what I was doing once back in. Otherwise, I found the difficulty level just right. Clues were not obscure but not super easy. I cannot stress enough how much I loved this game. My first thought was "finally!!! An old school adventure game!", which I haven't thought since True Fear: Forsaken Souls. I admit that I do tire of the hidden object games quickly. I prefer a good story with puzzles and objects to search for. If you are a HOG fanatic, I am not sure how much you will like this game, but if you are an adventure game fanatic, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised!
