You'll probably need a walkthrough with this game as, despite an inovative mapping system, it's not always obvious what to do (especially given all the inventory collected and not immediately used and the lack of sparklies for inventory use). The setting is awesome, the talent is lame, and the music is strange...seems like it would be scary music instead of pirate music. The end is pretty lame. Some of the puzzles are cool, the Hiddens are pretty decent and realistic. Overall, I'd recommend it when compared to other IF games available simply for the puzzles and settings. An Alternative Name: Werewolves do NOT want to turn into Zombies....-or-...You take your pills!!
I recommend this game!

This games seems like a free game that someone "beefed" up with piratey new age music. Although there are many puzzles, they're all pretty much the same #skill required never increases#. The graphics are bad, but look better when played in a window. Not really a storyline either and NOT worth $9.99...tho free it would be pretty allright.
I don't recommend this game.

The graphics were great, which is a good thing as the voice acting was terribly mic'd and (I think used 2-4 actors for all the voices. Apart from that, only needed the walkthrough once as I couldn't figure out how to move the barrel you have to double click it a bunch). Puzzles were pretty inventive. Ending was STUPID though. If you ask me, those stone guys got what they deserved, you know, before they turned into dust and all, oops.
I recommend this game!

Although the still graphics were pretty good, the "animated" characters were choppy on my system (not sure why they were needed). Also didn't like the inclusion of "modern" items in the MO scenes as it detracted from the, uh, look of the "alternate reality". I stopped playing it after the stupid restaurant scene...yeah, that made sense?
