You were all right!! All these times I haven't given Dracula games a decent enough chance because I find the screen so busy, I really should have spent more time on it. Once I got used to what was part of the game and what was part of the decor, and I was able to identify what each building was more easily, I finally get why you all love Dracula. I'm now a fan too! It's an excellent TM game, really good value considering how long it takes to master it properly.
I was really disappointed in this game. I still ended up buying it because it was a TM game - they are so few and far between, I end up buying almost all TM games anyway but this is the first time I really wish I hadn't. I hadn't realised how expensive it was til I got to check out but figured the demo must have been a bit misleading and it would improve. It didn't. There is almost no strategy other than what order to do things in. The levels are so short. Basically all there is to it is pressing everything really fast, thats it. I can't even be bothered to finish it now, it's just boring.
I struggled getting through the demo but still bought it anyway as it isn't yet another hidden object game so it wins straight away. As another reviewer said, I thought it was too easy and child like at first, but gets way harder as you go on. You need to get 3 stars in each chapter to access the bonus game in the normal level. I had to redo quite a lot of the levels to achieve that. Glad I stuck with it. Though still can't get 3 stars on level 9 - even when I get two stars, I only get awarded 1, but that didn't stop me getting through all the other levels eventually.
Same as other players found on Level 36, I couldn't pick up food, but happened to me on Level 6 so I can't even play the demo, never mind play the whole game. Obviously no point in me buying it which is really disappointing as I was looking forward to this one, previous games have been good.
