Could not complete game

This game was enjoyable to play until the end of the 9 stages. Completed every level stage 1 - 9 but stage 10 was not accessible .. grayed out. There was nothing else that i could find to open that stage. Very disappointing considering it was fun to play and challenging as well. Is this the way it was designed to do .. or did the developers get bored and abandon it. Disappointing ...
I don't recommend this game.
