I'm all into horror and scary hidden object games, Halloween is my favorite holiday and I play Halloween themed games year round. When I first tried out Trick or Treat 1, I liked it but it felt too outdated to go ahead and purchase. Pirates Curse was no different. But Trick or Treat 2 - this one is worth a purchase!
It's adorable, wholesome, spoopy halloween fun! I didn't play it in one sitting but instead popped over to this game in my wind down time, I found it relaxing and fun. My family even enjoyed playing it with me and they all agreed we'd have to play this again in October together, it just gets you right in the halloween mood but not in a scary way. I can see parents and young children playing this together before heading out to the pumpkin patch or something, it's just so charming. As I won the game it advertised Halloween: Trick or Treat 3, so I'm excited for that one to come out in the future! In the meantime I'll be trying out casual art's christmas wonderland games until then!

I love this game! The aesthetic is perfectly halloween, gets you right in the spooky mood! Pumpkins, ghosts, and dark magic - what could set the tone better? The artwork and music are perfect, the puzzles and HOPs are great and wonderfully themed, I have had this game for a few years now and have already replayed it several times and definitely will again, it's that good - if you're into Halloween/Spooky games!

I was skeptical about this one at first but I love Halloween themed games and BigFish had a deal going on collectors editions so I figured, why not? I bought it with other games so I didn't play this one at first until after beating a few others but once I started up the game I fell in love! This is a game you can play over and over and over again, I can especially see myself replaying this in October! It gets you right in the halloween mood any time of year though, the bold and vibrant colors and artwork are very "Spooky Aesthetic" which I love. The story line is a bit silly but I mean aren't all hidden object games kinda frivolous in the storyline department? At least on the most part lol. Also Collector's Edition is so worth it, the extras and bonus chapter content are excellent and I'm very happy I got this in Collector's Edition instead of the normal version. The music is good and the HOPs are fun, overall a great halloween game and one I will definitely be playing again!
I recommend this game!
