I am a huge Emily time management games fan, and I could tell at first glance that this one wasn't going to be as good as the Emily series. But I decided to try the trial version anyway. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The graphics aren't as good as the Emily series, but it's just as much of a challenge as Emily, if not more so. By about the 8th level, I was having trouble keeping up. Very fast paced!
It's a cute game, and certainly kept me busy for the full 60 minutes!
This is NOT an easy hidden object game at all! In fact, at times, I found it could be frustratingly difficult. But where HOG are concerned, I would personally rather have it difficult as opposed to too easy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it could be overly difficult, which tends to take away the "fun" factor (yet, I kept coming back to the game...). The visual quality was very good.
Nothing spectacular, or even interesting, about this Hidden Object game. Most of the items were a little too obvious to locate, not a challenge at all. And I didn't find the scenery "beautiful" at all. The scenes, in my opinion, were cluttered and dirty. On one level, in particular, it appeared to be a dirty alley, with only a tree and brick wall in the scene. Hardly the "Beautiful Earth" as described in the title. If the game isn't challenging, it would be nice if at least the visual quality was appealing.
I'll pass on this HOG.
I don't recommend this game.

In terms of hidden object games, I personally don't like the ones where there is a storyline, typically set in a haunted house where you have to locate items in one room for use in another room, to solve a mystery. Maybe it's just me, but I find those types of HOG too tedious and frustrating because I can't remember which room I saw the later-needed item. In general, I find those types of HOG aren't fun at all, and I lose interest quickly. BFG seems to offer those types of HOG almost every day. Personally, I prefer the old-fashioned hunt-and-search in one scene, with interesting scenery and graphics, that isn't too easy, is challenging but doesn't require a magnifying glass to locate tiny items. Summer Adventures: American Voyage checked the mark on each of my favorite features for a HOG. It was a lot of fun! I wish BFG would offer more of these types of HOG games (as well as more time management games!), and less of the search-rooms-in-a-haunted-house-to-solve-a-mystery type of hidden object games!
Take on new time management challenges and help three young archaeologists unearth the mysteries of the past and piece together the story of the brave Xi Niu!
I love the Delicious series of time management games, own most of them, so when I saw "Unsung Heroes", I thought it would be similar to the Delicious series, and I got all excited and couldn't wait to play.
Nope, nothing like the Delicious series.
This was the worst time management game I have ever played! It was difficult to determine what the goals were. There was virtually no challenge. The graphics were very old-time and amateur-ish. At first, I thought maybe there was a "learning curve" to figure out what the goals were that would make the game more interesting, so I gave it the "old college try" and continued to play as long as I could. After 40 minutes, I had had enough and gave up. Not worth purchasing, and absolutely not worth the Collector's Edition price. So disappointing! I don't think BF offers near enough time management games, but this one has the feel of an amateur developer, and not even worth the trial play period. Sorry.
I own most of the "Rescue Team" games, so I was excited to see a new game in the series released. However, I was greatly disappointed, and didn't even finish the trial. So many things not to like about this one!
First, the screens were much too cluttered. I had difficulty finding the home base on each level, just to start the game. Then I had trouble trying to strategize my moves, because I couldn't see where I needed to go with all of the clutter.
Then, oh, the annoying pop-ups!! Multiple times on each level, I would click on something, and a dialogue balloon would pop up, blocking my view, and usually removing the click I had just made. I would often have to click on something several times before it would actually take effect, which was so frustrating!!
Also, I was irritated at having to buy tools and supplies in the "store", which just added an extra step and slowed down game play. Plus, it was hard to strategize your moves, because you didn't know ahead of times what actions would require buying tools or supplies from the store.
I found this game just way too complicated, which took away from the "Fun Factor" of the other games in this series. By about 40 minutes into the trial period, my eyes were strained from the clutter, I was annoyed by the frequent pop-ups, and irritated by the "store" -- and, oddly enough, I found myself dreading going to the next level. So glad I didn't purchase this game! Not a fun game at all!
I don't recommend this game.

When I first saw this game on the Big Fish site, I thought it looked pretty juvenile. But I am a huge TM fan, and good TM games seem to be a very rare thing anymore, so I thought I would download the free trial and give it a try.
I was really pleasantly surprised! It is much more challenging than it looks. The first few levels were typical tutorial-type simple play, and I easily got the 3 stars on those levels. But it didn't take long before the levels started getting much more difficult, and I had trouble getting the 3 stars. You have to seat customers, take their "order" for jewels, go get their order, bring it to them, collect their money, and return the jewel bag before you can seat the next customer. And in between that, you have to keep going to the safe to replenish the jewel cases. A lot to do, with very little time to do it, as the customers getting increasingly impatient. Somewhat similar to Diner Dash, if Flo was on hyper caffeine.
