What a terrible game! It sounded like it might be worth trying because it was something different, but it wasn't. I didn't even last five minutes. When I downloaded the trial, there were no reviews posted, so I had no idea just how bad this was.
I can't believe this got onto the Big Fish game site. Even when games have not been to my taste, the quality has always there. Not this time. Seriously, I wasn't glad that Freudbot was there!
The only thing I liked about the game was hitting the uninstall button.

I'm a big fan of Match 3 games, but lately they have seemed a little too repetitive. I was delighted to see DragonScales come out. Its game-play is quite different to your standard Match 3s, so if you're looking for something different, this could be the game for you.
Each level has a task attached to it, and while a few of the levels are timed, I found the times allowed quite sufficient (even if I did have to retry one or two levels after running out of time). The levels get more difficult as you progress, which is great, and with the majority being untimed, it gives you a chance to strategize your moves.
This game is incredibly moreish. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that 56 levels aren't enough!
I love M3 games, and after playing Spooky Bonus I was hoping this game from the same developer would be as entertaining. It wasn't.
While it had all the cute factors going for it, it didn't have any of the entertainment of their later game. You can see that the developers used this as a stepping stone for Spooky Bonus, but this game has none of the pop. Unfortunately, I found it to be boring - I didn't even make it through the demo.
This isn't the worst M3 game that I've ever played, but it certainly lacks any challenge or wow factor. The cute factor is the only thing that saves this game from being a total loss.
Definitely recommend you try before you buy with this one.
I've completed all 100 levels of this game in relaxed mode, and I enjoyed every moment!
It started off a little easy, but once you get into it the levels become more challenging. The Halloween theme added to the fun of the game, and the bonuses tied in nicely (crosses, stakes, holy water etc) and were very helpful in clearing out those hard-to-reach areas of the boards.
If you're looking for a fun, relaxing game, this one will certainly fit the bill.
I love playing word games, and this one has made it to the top of my list. Part of the challenge is trying to figure out what word the pictures represent. The rest is thinking outside the box by using them to help form other words.
Once you've solved a certain number of words in each round, you activate a choice to move to the next level - handy if you get stuck. To me, part of the challenge is in trying to work out all the words that they've found. Tip: in this game abbreviations such as EKG and MRI are used in the solutions (not really words, but that's part of the challenge).
There are also hidden words which you can find which don't count as part of your solutions list but which do reward you with bonus points. You also get bonus points for not using the hint button, and for solving all of the words on their list.
You really will need to give it a little longer than 2 minutes to get past the simple levels and into the more challenging ones - I'm up to level 63 and still loving it. If you like word games, give it a go.
