This (Puzzle Pieces # 6) is one of my favourites! I enjoy Puzzle Pieces # 7 so much, that I just yesterday downloaded # 6, which I somehow missed when it came out. I've completed two of the puzzles and am enjoying # 6 almost more than #7, if that is possible!
I especially like the hand-drawn ones here. So far my favourite is the sepia-toned imaginary scene of adobe homes in a desert landscape. I don't always want to solve photographed pictures, although they can be fun too, just not all the time, over and over.
I also enjoyed the gorgeous puzzle of three prancing horses pulling a sleigh with a teddy bear playing a music box (not a photograph).
Oddly enough, while I like these artistic interpretations, I don't enjoy sci-fi fantasy scenes. My life has enough weirdness in it; give me something peaceful or joyful instead. And no cats or dogs in human clothes! It's demeaning to the nobility of the animal. (Just my opinion; I know that many people like it).
Many thanks to this developer for all of the time and energy put into developing these games, and their responsiveness to our feedback.
My only quibble is that the music soundtrack needs to be on a never-ending continuous loop for as long as the person is working on the puzzles. I believe it is continuous on # 7, so I think this has been solved. But it's pretty jarring here on # 6 when it just ends. That's the reason I knocked off a star under "Visual/Sound Quality".
Other than that, these puzzles are perfect! and excellent!, and we appreciate this developer!!
If you like jigsaws, you'll like Puzzle Pieces 6 and 7 !!!!
I recommend this game!

I downloaded this game a few months ago and have been enjoying doing the puzzles. This is one of the ways I relax and 'get away' from the slings and arrows of daily life. In addition to the great variety of pictures, I particularly like the soothing background music.
This game has all of the features I look for in a jigsaw game! I especially appreciate that the pictures are crisp and clear. Some other games have pictures that are just a teeny bit out-of-focus, and it drives me crazy. There's no fun in a muddy or out-of-focus puzzle.
So, thank you Graphium Studio for these lovely puzzles. I'm back today for "My Hobby: Puzzles - Spring Melody".
I recommend this game!

Very creative! I couldn't stop; had to see what's next. Mad Head has outdone itself, and that's saying a lot because they're one of the best. Loved the new games; very innovative. Loved it when they broke the fourth wall, did not expect that!, and it was a fun bit of cheeky humor.
I don't write many reviews, only when I'm blown out of the water, and this game did just that. Hours of fun, great ultimate HOP and Treasure Hunt, unusual storyline and it held my interest.
As expected: lovely graphics, no bugs, just a fabulous game.
Thanks to all the creative team and Big Fish.

My favorite recipe: Take plenty of HO scenes, add more HO scenes, and top it off with a sprinkle of HO scenes! Delicious!
Many thanks to reviewers who complained that there are too many HO scenes in this game, and not enough puzzles. I mean that seriously, and not in a sarcastic or snarky way; it's my cue that this is a game I will enjoy immensely, so I'm grateful when reviewers mention it.
Aside from the banquet of HOs, I enjoyed the story and the artwork, too. Many happy hours, so thank you, Vendel and BF :-)
I recommend this game!

Great "passtime" game. I loved it. Not terribly difficult, more of a "I just want to relax and enjoy a well-thought-out and lovely-to-look-at" game. There were a few mini games which were stumpers, and that's fun. I enjoy a good stumper mini game here and there. It gave me a chance to win two special achievements for solving them "in more than 5 minutes"! Yay! Finally some achievements for those of us who aren't racing the clock.
I'm quite a dawdler: I like to take my time and soak in the scenery, and GrandMa creates gorgeous games. Beautiful detailed scenes, even the parts which are not directly involved in a task or an action.
I hated to see it end, but thanks for a memorable game, GrandMa :-)
I recommend this game!

Something different, and I loved it! Unusual storyline, different from most, very entertaining and not too scary. Clever HO scenes, most are progressive, and I enjoyed the challenge of figuring them out. HO scenes are my favorite part of playing Hidden Object games, so I'm glad that this game had a lot of them. There were a lot of puzzles, too, mostly sort of mini-puzzle type, not so hard as to be frustrating.

Very nice graphics.
My only teeny, tiny objection was that I couldn't turn off 'glints', even in custom mode, but at least was able to select an "infrequent" level for their timing, so it was tolerable.
All in all a wonderful game. I had so much fun that I kept going and going; didn't lose interest as I sometimes can with games that are same-o same-o.
I recommend this pleasant and interesting game.

I love the artwork, the HO scenes, and the morphs. I'm especially enjoying collecting the glass figurines. I'm in the bonus game, almost to the end, and I'm trying to avoid finishing it because I don't want it to end! :(
I almost didn't get this game because ... vampires! Ugh! But then I thought "Hey, it's 4 Friends, so it probably won't be gory and ugly", and it isn't. It's non-nightmare-inducing, so thank you, 4 Friends.
The puzzles are challenging but not un-solveable. I don't need the aggravation of puzzles I can't eventually solve, but I don't like easy peasy, either. These are just right.
The HO scenes are beautiful to look at, and have some variety (some progressive, some regular, some uncover "parts" which will be assembled).
My favorite aspect of 4 Friends games is the stunning artwork, and they've done a good job of keeping my interest throughout this game. More, please!
I recommend this game!

This is the sort of artwork I love to see in a game, and an era which I enjoy as a setting (medieval). This game had the added attraction of lots of rain! The rain sounds changed whenever we were outside, and then went inside, and they were different if we were in a tin shed or under a thatched roof. This was one of my favorite parts; I like getting lost in the environment, so much so that I have to confess to being a lollygagger. I dawdle around if I especially like the beauty of the environment, and the Artifex Mundi artists are superb.
Have to say that I also liked the story and gameplay. They kept it interesting, including the bonus chapter. Interesting, medium-type challenging, just right for a rainy day :)
I recommend this game!

Such a nice change from the usual storylines we are all familiar with. 4 Friends has come up with a unique approach to a mystery we're going to try to solve. I don't think that I had to fix one zipper pull in this entire game! The whole casino-type setting was refreshing and fun.
Visuals were very good. Challenge level was 'medium', and kept my interest because the gambling aspect is something not done-to-death. Fun to have something different.
I recommend this game!

Based on entire game, and bonus chapter
Visually enchanting, for me. The "look" of a game is a major factor in my enjoyment of the game. This game knocked it out of the park. I never win the achievements for "five in five" or that sort, in any game, because I spend a lot of time looking around and relishing the beauty and the skill that went into creating it.
As far as game play: this was a nice balance of not insanely difficult, but also not mind-numbingly simple. Enough challenge to keep it fun while I was enjoying the scenery.
As others have said, it's a tiny bit scary, but not the kind where you're afraid to go to bed later.
Had a good amount of HO scenes, which is my favorite part, so I'm glad they didn't skimp on the HOs.
Collect scepters, and keep your eye peeled for morphs. It ain't a CE if it ain't got morphs.
Enjoy!
I recommend this game!
