How many games has this dude pushed out? Several dozen? Yet they remain a mess. Not clutter, just a thoughtless mess. I thought: Oh good, he's finally providing info on how to turn off the obnoxious muzak etc. But no, you still cannot make a windowed version even though he claims you can. This is the last time I even give this shylock a chance.
My first reaction was that the graphics were absolutely horrid, as you can barely see the items (sorry, not into using a "magnifying glass" the whole time -- no fun). However, based on so many positive reviews, I went ahead with this subpar offering. The other annoying thing about it is that there are so many useless "firecrackers" etc. between the subpar little games. I could do better in Game Making 101, sorry. Lesson learned: Listen to yourself.
I'm sorry I bought this game. I have no idea why it is rated so highly. Waiting around for resources is not my idea of fun. I will be abandoning this very lame game.
I don't understand why anyone would underrate this game because of the additional challenges of having to do defense. I guess it just comes down to what you want in a game. For me, I want as much challenge as possible & am constantly disappointed in how easy nearly all TM games are. IMO this is the best TM game ever, & even worth getting the CE, as there are 15 more delicious levels. Oh, & did I mention that it dos take strategy? I never listen to the music or pay attention to the storyline, so I can't say anything about those things as they don't matter a whit to me. Enjoy!

I'm too lazy to detail all the additions they've made to this game, so you'll just have to see for yourselves. I buy these games for my grandkids, but I got caught up in this series myself ;o) The graphics are also improved. Plus, it's challenging even during the first hour of gameplay. Highly recommend, & I'm not easily pleased - at least by most games.
