You’re on a train in the middle of nowhere, and a band of dangerous thieves demand you tell them where to find the Hope Diamond’s shards. As the newest Hidden Expedition recruit, you’ve got to find the shards before they do…
As I was playing this game, I was thinking this is really for 8-12 year olds. Puzzles and mini-games were very easy compared to other HOGs I've played (not that that is a bad thing). It kind of reminded me of a Scooby-doo adventure. At the end I thought Scooby was going to pop out and say "Rhere ris ry rooby rack". I recommend this game for kids but not adults.
This has gone down in history as one of the classic games like Myst or Syberia, so I felt like I had to play it. Really made you think like the older games do, but the graphics were horrible. I guess 1999 is a lifetime ago when it comes to computer graphics!! Think of this game like you would an antique: it's got scratches and dents and looks like it's 100 years old, but has a certain charm.
I recommend this game!

Dracula Origin
Play as the vampire slayer Professor Van Helsing, hot on the trail of the diabolical Count in this thrilling Large File Adventure!
After playing several HOGs, I decided to expand my horizons and started playing "large file"? (better known as classic) games and I really enjoyed it. I've so far played Myst and Syberia, and this was very similar to Syberia in its skill level and beautiful graphics. I had to refer to the walkthrough much less than I thought I would. HOGs are fun, but these classic games are, well, classic!
