The game was purchased and will not load anymore levels after level 43 as nothing is downloading to complete the game in full.
Surely other members are having the same issues as I have contacted BFG but waiting for a response which unfortunately takes up to 4+ weeks before they reply.
It has become a nightmare since the new set up was launched as the Customer service is not providing the help as they did previously.

I don't recommend this game.
Help Celene save the elven race from a terrible threat!

Great game which I hope becomes more challenging as levels increase, but will have to wait patiently as I Tried buying the game direct after playing free 60 minutes.

Thankyou BFG for actually giving us a New TM Game, as there are always hidden object games daily , & no choice of any other Time Management or Strategy games for the many Fans out there. !!!!!
This is the 4th game in this Series of the Rescue team & is better & as good as all of the others played.
It is a little slow to start off with, but soon picks up sped & difficulty.
Really enjoying this game, so we now need to see more TM & Strategy games to play .
Cannot wait for the next Rescue Team 5 Edition to be released.....

It is good, but I have played & completed the 1st 20 levels casual no problem. I then decided to try the expert levels, & got as far as level 23, & I am now not able to continue the game as the lock is blocking the levels. I do not know why, & it does not explain why, so a wasted credit when you cannot go any further. Unless anyone knows the answer, I will be still trying to play this game when the next edition is made. Quit good, but frustrating as well...
I recommend this game!
