This game was enjoyable for me, but its all starting to feel like more of the same. To make matters worse the evil "spirits" in this game seem just like a random bunch of stuff, its ghosts, its people, its making some people sleep, some are teleported to another dimensions, while some are turned to ash... just feels like a lot of mumbo jambo to me. You go four by four locations, and sweep them for items that would probably do nothing in the real world. Place a diamond that's just randomly found in the yard on a door knob and it opens... yeah, right...
Anyway the graphics are standard ERS beautiful although there is still no real support for wide monitors.
Voice acting could be a bit more believable.
Each scene starts with a movie so it is action filled.
It is packed with extras most of which I do not understand. You need to find musical instruments and missing musicians.
So many scenes require a cog that even the game itself makes fun of that at one point.
There is a part where you play the magic violin which scares away the bad guys, but you basically click on the violin and that's it.
Music isn't appealing to me. Sounds spooky but cheap and has no real classical roots.
All in all a strong 3 or even a 4.
I would recommend this game if you are a fan of the series, otherwise I am not so sure.
I recommend this game!

As with the CE of this game, I have to say that I find it different to most other games. It might not be everybody's cup of tee, but If you want to explore a different, fantasy, world I would recommend this game.
All of the extras are gone from this standard release, but still the epic world is present.
I recommend this game!

In one word - different.... I enjoyed this game mostly for its somewhat strange storyline and beautiful landscapes.
The game is full of various achievements to collect, and the extras menu is packed with content too.
Had really good fun playing the demo so far...
I recommend this game!

This game has:
1. A lot of beautiful art deco and movie studio locations. 2. An excellent, intriguing and different story. 3. Your diary, and your fathers diary + map and objectives accessible through diary. 4. A lot of HO scenes with interactive items. 5. A lot of innovative puzzles. 6. A lot of movies. 7. A lot of amazing music. 8. Two levels of difficulty. 9. 40 achievements. 10. A lot of extras and a good length ce chapter, including bonus HO.
I am going to keep my eye on this developer... I enjoyed playing this game more than pretty much anything else. I wholeheartedly recommend this game. It really sets the standard for this type of games.
